Beautiful house, everything organized and clean, the outdoor areas are beautiful, spectacular pool and jacuzzi, beautiful view in general, everything is very good!

Everything was very good, the treatment of the people in charge of the house was the best. It's an isolated place so there's no noise at all, the rooms are simple but they do the job. The bathrooms are very cool and the common areas are too.

We loved our stay at Heidy's house!!! From the beginning, communication was fluid, she was always willing to answer our questions, the house is beautiful, the pool is perfect, the location of the house also seemed ideal, since it is only 5 minutes by car from the village, ideal for shopping. We hired Marcela's service, and we couldn't be happier with her help and company, we would happily return to this beautiful place!

For improvement: the security of the doors although the condominium is very safe; the gates at the entrance allow the access of dogs and cats from the neighborhood to the rear where the pool is. The place is super quiet, it's just like the photos, the pool is very clean and they don't overdo it with Clorox, in general everything is very clean and very nice, the only recommendation is to put air conditioning in the main room and a little more light in the pool area for the night, otherwise everything is super good, I highly recommend it, it's very easy to get to and easy to access!

Ginna's place was spotless when we arrived, it contained all the ammenities listed and the shared pictures show very well the property. Something that is not mentioned is that you will have access, depending on the season, to an unlimited number of mangoes, coconuts, oranges and mandarines available all throughout the property. We got to enjoy the mangoes everyday and some coconuts at the end of our stay. :) The property has two hosts that took care of everything, were very attentive and pro-active. They shared their contact with us and were very responsive whenever we needed them. Additionally, the host offered the possibility of having a cleaning service any day of our stay for a small additional fee. The lady was very helpful and kind. She helped with the cleaning and cooking for half the stay The only point of improvement for the property is the check-in procedure; going through each item of the house and signing some documents. It took about 30 min.

Excellent house! It's more beautiful than the pictures! What I liked the most was the pool area which has details that only while there can be perceived. Bernardo made us feel right at home attending to all our concerns ! The rooms all have a bathroom , AC and a fan! The kitchen has everything to have an excellent stay and the set is too quiet ! Yuder was very helpful on every day we were! We will definitely be back!!

The house is very nice, the value for money is very good, the service from Sergio and the cleaning lady is very good, the house is as shown in the photos, the pool is large and nice, and what I really liked is that they don't bother you at all in the condominium and it's easy to get to, everything is very perfect, I'll be back.

All the spaces in the house are very nice and in perfect condition; from afar you can see that they invest a lot in its maintenance and in the quality of the elements that the house has for guests in all its environments Communication was, in the absence of words, perfect: fast, clear, enjoyable! The people who helped us with cleaning, cooking and other issues have a great dedication to service and really know what they are doing; respectful and pleasant treatment, spectacular seasoning. All these aspects came together in such a way that they made this trip a very pleasant experience, which, as I already mentioned, we will all want to repeat!

This place is wonderful for any kind of getaway, really. It's better than the photos, it's a big, nice house, with plenty of room to walk around. Everything was impeccable from the start: - Timely and clear communication - The stay included a housekeeper, Mrs. Luz was wonderful and cooked delicious food, she even helped us with the barbecue. - Impeccable sheets, towels available. - The pool is in perfect condition. - Due to transportation issues, we had to check in later and Luisa was super understanding. - There was hot water for the cold nights - Refrigerator, pantry with condiments and a super well-equipped kitchen. It may not be for you if you are bothered by bugs, although there aren't many that cross your path, mostly crickets... but it is a natural environment, it is normal. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and I know we'll be back.

Place was amazing! Very well maintained and we felt like home. Esteban was always very helpful and communication was always great. Amparo was amazing too… always ready to help us with anything we may need. We will come back for sure!

The apartment is located in a complex 10 minutes from the village, but that distance offers tranquility. In addition, the place itself is very quiet and perfect for rest, close to nature. It is understandable why they are so emphatic about the no music rule and trying not to make noise because it is a place to rest. Additionally, the pool is almost always empty, which gives it that exclusive touch to do whatever you want in the pool, but they do emphasize not to make noise there, which is fine. There is an elevator and the surroundings are adapted for the elderly, they are flat and easy to walk even if you want to go outside the complex to walk the surrounding grounds. Perfect for families, but also for seniors, as it won't be too difficult to get them around.
