⚠️ Water, electricity, and gas are paid separately. We recorded it at the start. Upon check-out, we deduct it from the initial amount and multiply it by the m³ kWh and L for the gas. We have exactly the actual, fair consumption. Well, everything that happened was your doing. If I were to include consumption in the daily rate, it would be more expensive. Well, we wouldn't know if you were going to use it unnecessarily. And we can't make a loss. That way, it is used in a conscious and necessary manner. Beautiful and incredible view of the sea at Ponta Negra.

With a beautiful ocean view, the apartment is cozy, simple, and peaceful. A grassy and well-forested location with adult and children's pools. Come and enjoy your vacation, holidays, or business trip. The suite has a balcony with a hammock from which you can see the ocean. Central location 100 m from the beach, near Morro do Careca. On the street, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, a 24-hour bank, churches, restaurants, a nearby health center, and it's a 4-minute walk to Ponta Negra Beach using the access next to the barbecue area.
