Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Natal

It was a nice and super stable place! The place is clean and just like the photos! We stayed with my friends and it was perfect! Tiago answered our questions and helped us with everything we needed!

The accommodation is exactly like the photos. Very good location in Natal. The condominium is very safe. Even the gatehouse makes it a little difficult to enter the condominium because they are very careful to check the information, which makes the entrance a little longer. An apartment that enchants us from the very beginning. Very good bedding, everything tidy, great shower with hot water. Everything as described on the website. Very well located, it has a beautiful view of the sea, only one door was missing in the bathroom of the suite, other than that we love everything. Highly recommend

The environment is very well organized, all new furniture and fully equipped for whatever you need during your stay, from a washing machine to the kitchen. The hosts are very nice and respond extremely quickly, always providing clear instructions. A negative point would be the outside noise, due to its proximity to the avenue. On the other hand, it is well located, being close to any attraction in Ponta Negra.

We stayed from Sunday to Saturday, and we could see how quiet the neighborhood is. And tbm close to everything, the flat is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very clean. The chekin and checkout is very quick and practical, the gatehouse is 24hrs and the boys are very polite. Only the internet that left a little to be desired, plus the rest made up for everything! Voltaria and super recommend!

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. The duplex equal to photos, impeccablel, communication both with the host and with the person responsible for the key was fast, everything perfect, super recommend, close to markets, convenience, pharmacy and The main one next to the beach, we just don't really like the access that gps tells us to go.

Organized house, exactly as advertised, reception by the owners who are very attentive. We loved the stay. Excellent infrastructure and a beautiful garden. Great for families. No negative points. And Mrs. Preta, a suggestion for cleaning and cooking is really incredible.

Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

Fernando's apartment is perfect, especially for a small family. It has a suite with comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning and another room that serves as a living room and second bedroom with sofa bed with very comfortable double size mattress, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is small but extremely functional with all the cooking items and an espresso machine that won my heart (thanks for the gift capsules). It has a huge social bathroom, washer and balcony with table and chairs. Everything clean, modern and beautiful. The small pet in the apê is an apart charm, with a walk and a feed and water dispenser. The condominium is a luxury, with several amenities, warm pools, access to the beach a few meters, a very quiet and family atmosphere. It also has covered parking and modern identification system. Check in and check out super quiet, the very fast and resolute communication with Fernando was another great differential. I recommend 100%.

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.
