We have exactly the actual, fair consumption. Well, everything that happened was your doing. If I were to include consumption in the daily rate, it would be more expensive. Well, we wouldn't know if you were going to use it unnecessarily. And we can't make a loss. That way, it is used in a conscious and necessary manner. With a beautiful view of the sea, the apartment is cozy, simple and peaceful. A grassy and well-forested area with adult and children's pools. Come and enjoy your vacation, holidays, or business trip. The suite has a balcony with a hammock from which you can see the sea. Central location 100 m from the beach, near Morro do Careca. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, a 24-hour bank, churches, and restaurants on the street. There is a health center nearby, and it is a 4-minute walk to Ponta Negra Beach using the access next to the barbecue area.
