The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It is located in an ancient 15th-century building a few steps from Corso Vannucci and the University for Foreigners, close to the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where the famous fresco by Raphael "Trinity and Saints" is located. Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic alley animated by typical local and renowned restaurants.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.
