We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Ein ehemaliges Ladenlokal wurde ausgebaut zu einem Wohlfühl-Apartment mitten in Berlin Kreuzberg. Hofseitig, hell, begrünt und ruhig. Das haus ist liebevoll saniert und hat eine nette Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige und erlebnisreiche Straßen mit Restaurants, Cafes und kleinen Läden. Der Supermarkt gegenüber und ein "24h-Späti" versprechen kurze Einkaufswege. Es gibt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung! (Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, Mitte und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten)

Situated on the fifth floor, this light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. There is free parking available closeby. This place serves as a safe space for every person. 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️
