We had a wonderful 3 night's stay at Shambhal over the long weekend. The house is gorgeous and very well maintained. The caretaker makes amazing food. The highlight is of course the location, it has the most amazing view of bhimtal lake. We spent hours in the living room and balconies, admiring the view. Shalini is a wonderful host and communication with her was seamless. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the hills.

Our stay at Tarun’s place was excellent, Bhuvan was the care taker, he was also very helpful. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Junglee Murgi was amazing. The place is beautiful, well-kept, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were five of us, and the three rooms gave us plenty of space. The beds had heated blankets, the bathrooms had hot water, and the glass windows let in so much light throughout the day. The outdoor spaces are just as special. The tree with the chimes felt almost magical, and we spent both evenings around the fire pit, which made the experience even better. Mukesh, the caretaker, was super helpful, and the food was fantastic—so good that we never even thought about eating out. And of course, the real stars of the place: the two beautiful dogs, especially Rani, the golden retriever. They made the stay even more special. The whole place felt safe, peaceful, and like home. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway in the hills, Junglee Murgi is a must-visit.

It was one of the best place we experienced in our 40 plus days of India travel vacation. The place was exactly the way it was described in the advertisement and pictures. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful. The caretaker was one of the best in every respect in responding to our needs. Excellent cook with great food experience. Always available to our needs. We had a truly memorable 3-night stay at this beautiful villa nestled in the hills. The peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air, and breathtaking views made it the perfect escape from the city. One of the highlights of the property was the apricot and peach trees – such a delightful touch! We even got to enjoy some fresh fruit straight from the trees. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always available for any help or guidance, every moment here felt special. Its was a home away from home feeling , very homely food, clean set up in the middle of forest and mountain in the front. Coincidently Abhimanyu , the host was also there to make sure the services are immpecable. Will come again for sure.

The location was perfect. 4 out of 5 bedrooms were lake facing with no obstruction. The care taker (Mr Bhagwan ji) was a great host and took care of all our needs immediately. He was professio nal and well spoken. There were minor issues with geyser heater etc but he made sure to get things resolved promptly. Mr Vijay joshi also greeted us personally and made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable one.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

Really appreciate the effort put in by the manager, Nadeem and his team at Seclude Taradale. An absolute gem of a person with outstanding skills, managing the property. The hospitality was 5 star level. We were a large group with children and everything was seamless. One of our cars didn’t start and had to be left behind to be towed to Haldwani. Nadeem worked with the tow service to have it loaded safely - all while we had to leave for Delhi. The location, the old world charm of the place, the food, the team, the manager, the hospitality - couldn’t have asked for more. The manager, Nadeem took us for a walk in the nearby hills. The staff organised bonfires in the lovely sit out that you see in the photos. I could go on, but will leave it here for others to experience.

The property is lovely, and we were able to park our car right next to the homestay, which made things very convenient for us. We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning villa! From our room, we spotted an enchanting herd of deer grazing nearby—it felt like a scene straight out of a fairytale. The villa is nestled in nature, offering complete peace, a true jungle vibe. The staff deserves a special shout‑out: proactive, courteous, and always ready to help. Anil, the chef, blew us away with his amazing culinary creations—every meal was a delight! The pool was spotless and inviting, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The surroundings were simply breathtaking: lush greenery all around, tranquil pathways to stroll. We can’t wait to come back.

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.
