You’ll have your own studio apartment -Parking -Cape Cod Bike Trail access down our road -1 mile ride to spend the day at Nauset Light Beach! -Fire Pit/Outdoor Shower -There’s a BBQ grill, 2 burner electric stove top and microwave to make dinner! Due to my dog on my property I am unable to host people with support dogs/ADA service dogs.

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. Amy’s house is an incredibly peaceful, well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable place to stay. We had a truly relaxing and lovely week there. We loved the beautiful patio and there were several different sweet little places to hang out around the property. It was an easy bike ride to both Coast Guard and Nauset Light beaches, and also to Salt Pond. We also are at Casa del Cabo (highly recommended) and took day trips to Provincetown and Truro. Amy was responsive and helpful!

I stayed in Jan's home in her Tranquility room and it was perfect for my solo getaway weekend. Jan was super welcoming and relaxed and we had a nice connection over shared art interests. Her first floor is basically a gallery of her artwork -- it was fun to see it all and hear some of the stories behind certain pieces! Jan has an easygoing manner and makes you feel instantly at home. The Tranquility room is nicely decorated, very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom so you have complete privacy within her home. There were a couple other longer-term renters in adjacent rooms but I barely knew they were there. Everyone was so quiet and respectful of each other. It was the first time I rented a room in someone's home and I would definitely stay with Jan again. Jan has found the perfect balance of being thoughtful and helpful, and also leaving guests to do their own thing. Jan's was a great place to have as a base as I explored the Cape!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place in Eastham, Cape Cod. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. Nancy was warm, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips that made exploring the area even better. Her communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was effortless. We also got to meet her sweet and playful dog, which added a personal touch. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere of the house was calm, peaceful, and just what we needed. Highly recommend!
