Welcome to our family farm. Our campsite offers seclusion with a beautiful view of Quicksand Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. Unplug in a safari style tent with the privacy of 10 acres of farmland and forest. You are 5 min. from a cafe and a general store. A forty five minute drive to Providence, Newport, and Cape Cod; an hour and a half to Boston. The beach is just around the corner. Little Compton is a beautiful farming/fishing community filled with history and country roads to explore.

The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. This coastal gem provides an idyllic retreat with panoramic views of Brandt Island, West Island, and extending all the way to Falmouth and the Elizabeth Islands. The backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and family fun, complete with a barbecue grill, picnic table, and fire pit.

Down island with an up island feel, surrounded by miles of walking and biking trails, yet only a few miles from downtown Vineyard Haven, 5 miles to Circuit Ave. OB and just 1.5 miles from the HS Performing Arts Center, where many summer events take place. This light filled and airy home with central AC is set on 3 serene wooded acres. The unit is the top 2 floors of the home. The basement apartment is rented seperately.

Country cottage walk to Alley's General Store

This sunlit summery cottage is in a very quiet, private and pastoral setting, situated 100 feet from the small Tiasquam River, with many birds chirping in the abundant vegetation and trees nearby. Because of the river's proximity, the cottage has a Composting Toilet. My wife and I live on the property uphill from the cottage. The property is in the countryside but a 5 minute walk to the local town center.

Topside is a lovely one bedroom and one bath, full kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace and Roku TV. It includes a private deck with chairs and a screened-in porch with a picnic table. Additional amenities include outside showers, BBQ grill, use of the inn's facilities, and walk-on or car passes to a choice of Chilmark's Private Beaches - Lucy Vincent or Squibnocket during beach pass season.
