Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Navajo County

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5! We loved the condo, the amenities, and everything that Bison Ranch had to offer - fishing, swimming, hot tub, game room, escape room, restaurant... it was all wonderful!

Tawny’s place is very warm and inviting. I loved the decor and felt right at home especially because the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved that there was a grill out on the patio. Speaking of the patio it was Amazing having coffee out there every morning! The view, the cooler weather and it was pretty quite in the mornings too. We all came back feeling so relaxed and rested. There are two ponds on the property that you can fish in. My three boys did this everyday! You can rent poles from the main lobby and you don’t need a license to fish. We pretty much hung around the property, swam, went on walks around the surrounding area, and fished. On our walks we met some of the locals and chit chatted everyone in the area was so friendly! What we could not get over was how beautiful it was! I can’t wait to go back again! The only thing I’d recommend which I meant to bring but completely forgot was tin foil and extra baggies for storing our food we cooked/grilled. The great thing was Tawny had plenty of glass bowls with lids I was able to use to store leftovers.

The resort is wonderful even with the kids pool and jacuzzi closed due to Covid-19. We were able to reserve a time daily for the pool and enjoyed fishing the catch and release ponds. It’s unfortunate several of the amenities were unavailable due to the virus, but completely understandable as staff worked diligently throughout our stay to sanitize public spaces and maintain guest social distancing. The condo was outstanding, spacious, and such a welcome retreat. My wife has a bad back and the bed in the master wasn’t to our liking, but bed comfort is pretty individual and we found the Murphy bed to be our cup of tea. We will absolutely stay here again and Kivaan was such an outstanding host with speedily accepting our request (during a holiday week), communication, and WiFi info. The only suggestion I would have is not showing up right at 4PM, the condo probably won’t be ready, but the Wild Woman’s Saloon and Grill will fill up any time you have to spare with great local drafts and excellent food!

Awesome rental. The resort has all kinds of activities for kids and adults. Rooms are clean, and service is like that of a hotel. Internet is paid separately, but we chose to just disconnect for our stay. Bring DVDs if you have them.

This clean, comfortable, easy in and out location is the perfect spot in the Heber-Overgaard area. We walked to dinner at the Wild Women Restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pinetop-studio very much. It was nicer than we had expected. Very clean and modern. The three large hot tubs and beautiful swimming pool were enjoyed also.

Tawnya was very receptive and quick to respond. Because of the wildfire in the area, AirBnB wouldn't allow her to confirm us until the morning of our stay. Instead of trying to take our money, she made sure we were okay with keeping the reservation.

This location is a time share, so you get a resort experience. The staff who assisted us during our stay were very friendly and responsive to our needs. I was there with my kids, and they loved the place. They especially enjoyed the game room and fishing in the ponds on the property. The price was reasonable, and everything was as advertised. Overall, a great stay!

The cabin is easy to find. It is the right distance to town and Sunrise. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. All the rooms had a working smart TV which is a plus with kiddos. The whole area is well maintained. We did not use a lot of the amenities because we were there to go skiing during the day. We hope to return in the summer and enjoy more of the resort.

The property is beautiful. Our stay was comfortable and nice. My only suggestion is that the property disclose in the details, the actually listing, that there's a deposit. Upon check-in I paid the resort fees, which is noted on the listing but I also had to put $200/night/unit, this listing comes with 2 units, so I put down an additional $400 for Incidentals. I wasn't quite prepared for that. The front desk could also use a refresher in customer service, small reactions to certain things add up. They were nice but not so welcoming.

The Wyndham resort has amenities, but most weren’t open due to covid. Nevertheless there’s a convenient restaurant (Wild Women Saloon) downstairs so you don’t have to drive anywhere before or after. The suite was BIG and for more guests than what we had. Full kitchen, 2 baths & an in room laundry, 2 balconies and a living room area. Everything you need. There’s a Dollar store very close by that had quite a selection of food and essentials if you need or forgot something. Overall a great location and beautiful accommodations.
