我住过最好的公寓，装修很特别很美丽 露台很大 。房东还准备了小礼物，以及非常非常贴心为房客考虑了非常多。到处都是香氛，味道非常好。洗手间洗发水护发素沐浴露都准备的很全，而且很好用很香。距离机场uber打车约20欧（不到二十分钟， 为我第二天去机场的行程节约很多精力、楼下就是152c公交站 。以及附近有个较大的购物场所，看地图那个商场有许多品牌入驻，可惜我日程紧张没时间去逛了。和房东沟通过程很愉快，为我的西班牙旅程画上了完美的句号。

Coqueto apartamento muy bien situado y con una anfitriona muy amable. Perfecto como base para realizar excursiones por la comarca. San Lorenzo del Escorial tiene mucho ambiente y muy tranquilo a la vez. Gente muy amable. Seguramente repetiremos.

Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

La estancia ha estado genial. El piso es acogedor y y está amueblado con todas la necesidades, incluida vajilla y ollas. Marina ha sido un anfitriona fantástica y hasta nos ha indicado sitios donde comer y actividades y visitas por la zona. Había café, pero solo de cápsulas de café con leche. A tener en cuenta si eres intolerante a la lactosa 😅

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren top zufrieden. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir konnten sogar 3h früher in die Unterkunft, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und schnell ab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We loved everything about our stay at Katherina's apartment from the location, to all the amenities and ease of communication. Would definitely book Katherina's apartment if we were travel to Madrid again!

Liza fue muy amable y se comunicó con nosotros muy bien antes de nuestra llegada y durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento estaba súper limpio. La cama era muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado se agradeció mucho con el calor que hacía esos días en Madrid. La ubicación inmejorable! Fuimos caminando a todos los sitios y el edificio a pesar de estar en el centro está situado en una calle tranquila. Si alguna vez volvemos por Madrid repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias, Liza.

El alojamiento de Pedro y Carolina es perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid. Su ubicación es inmejorable, además tiene unas vistas impresionantes. El apartamento cuenta con todas lo que necesitas para pasar una estancia agradable. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

We loved staying at Miguel’s place! It was so kind of him to have bottles of water, yogurt, milk, biscuits and fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The apartment was beautiful and quiet despite being in a bustling area. Many local restaurants and lots of shopping nearby. Short walk to Gran Via and beyond. I would love to come back and stay there again! Muchas gracias!

Perfect location, just minutes from MAD airport and in a charming neighborhood with a great plaza full of restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great, and there’s a fantastic Neapolitan pizza spot close by (in case that’s your thing). Great host and great place. We had a short stay but hope to return again someday!

Mycket trivsam lägenhet med hög kvalitet

The apartment was beautiful. It felt very spacious with the high ceilings and double height windows everywhere bathing the space in line from sun rise. We slept very well thanks to the airconditioning and the quiet despite being in an animated neighbourhood. The host was very responsive and I appreciated very much the flexibility around keeping our luggage until we were mean to go to the airport later afternoon. Looking forward to the next visit.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

No tuve la oportunidad de conocer a Vanesa en persona, pero siempre fue muy rápida en responder cualquier duda que tuve. Muy amable y atenta en todo momento. El apartamento está ubicado muy cerca de todo, muy limpio y acogedor, realmente se sentía como en casa. Si vuelvo a San Lorenzo, sin duda me alojaré aquí nuevamente. Totalmente recomendado!

Segunda vez que visito el alojamiento de Maria y cada vez que vengo está aún mejor o hay algo nuevo. María se preocupa constantemente por mejorar el lugar y que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa y lo que es aún mejor… que les encante y vuelvan a toda costa. Por mi parte lo consiguió, volví, volveré y sé que contigo hará lo mismo.
