(We will have private access to the beach from mid-July - update: it is already built, some railings and light are missing but you can use it at your discretion instead of entering through the public access) We are only 2 hours from Santiago!

The house offers a total of 14 single beds, 3 double beds, 4 bathrooms. The spaces are high and spacious each with beautiful views, ideal for sharing with friends or several families. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 minutes by car from the beach of Matanzas and Pupuya, where you can enjoy sports such as: Surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, horse riding, cycling and motorcycle circuits. There are excellent clubs and restaurants with high gastronomy, local food, or seafood cove.

You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

The House of 3 Spots in Matanzas

The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.

Over 10 years welcoming guests in an exclusive and completely private setting in Matanzas. Our modern, cozy homes are surrounded by nature and face a virtually deserted beach. Each unit has large spaces, a wood-burning stove, and a hot tub with incredible views. Only 5 minutes from the Matanzas waterfront and the Pupuya sea lion sanctuary, with access via a walk along the beach.
