Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Naxos

Sophia’s ardent love and enthusiasm for her Venetian ancestor’s wonderful house is contagious—-the mountain setting, the grove, the main house, and the outbuildings are full of interest and charm, and every space is beautifully appointed. We were warm, comfortable, and very happy to be at Kambones1615. Sophia is a cordial, engaging, and generous host, eager to share her knowledge of Naxos with her guests. We look forward to returning for as many springs as we can manage!

I had a fantastic stay at C&G Villas in Naxos - the property is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The private pool and outdoor seating area were perfect for relaxing, and the villa was spotless and well-equipped. The host Dina was incredibly welcoming, even greeting us with a lovely welcome basket and wine, and provided great local recommendations. It's in a peaceful location but still close to beaches and restaurants (a car is helpful). I highly recommend C&G Villas for anyone looking for a luxurious and serene getaway in Naxos.

Marianna was a tremendous host and has beautifully prepared her home for guests. The home is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping in the port town. If you’re taking a ferry to Naxos, you can easily walk to the home from the port. Last, but certainly not least, the views from the waterfront patio… OMG! The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice! I would never get tired of watching the sunset beyond the Temple of Apollo, absolutely AMAZING! Thank you for your hospitality for family, Marianna!

We enjoyed staying at this place. They welcomed us and gave us useful information including a map of the area. They also arranged a rental car to be delivered at the house. We were hungry and thirsty when we arrived at the house and were happy to see food and drinks that were provided. The air conditioning is nice and cold and the showers hot. There are three outdoor areas around the house to enjoy. The house is spacious and well stocked. There is a delicious bakery and coffee shop shop next door and a grocery store right across the street. We didn’t mind the short walk to restaurants and shops because the area is beautiful! We are very happy that we stayed here!

If you're planning to visit Naxos, Alma House is the best place to stay! The house is very clean, really comfortable and had everything we needed and much more. Katerina had thought of everything :) It was by far the best Airbnb experience we ever had. For whatever question we had Katerina guided us and we feel lucky to have met her. It's location is great, calm but at the same time really close to the center and the port. Also, the house has a wonderful terrace that we spent all our evenings to watch the incredible sunset. We had a perfect stay, can't wait to come back!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van onze tijd in Ruby of Naxos. Prachtige kamer met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. En natuurlijk het heerlijke zwembad waar we uitzicht op hadden vanaf ons balkon. Op loopafstand van de boulevard van Agios Prokopios en de bus voor Naxos town zit om de hoek. De super attente gastvrouw Betty heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen en ons het enorm naar de zin gemaakt met een welkomstmandje en tips voor leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Absoluut een aanrader!!

George was the perfect host. The place was accurately described, and we were steps from the beach. The mini market was a minute away, and the owner along with David were very helpful, too. George was responsive and there within 15 minutes when the front door blew shut and locked us out with our key, and phones inside. Such a pleasant man, we would definitely go back and stay at his properties. The people were so kind everywhere we went, and we terribly sorry to leave Naxos and Agios Prokopios especially.

We were 4 adults staying in Naxos for 5 nights. Eirini was very responsive prior to our trip. We were warmly greeted by Apostolos when we arrived. We had a car rental and dedicated parking spot. The location of the home is fantastic. We would use the car to explore the island otherwise just leave the car parked at home and explore the port and old town on foot. A short walk away is the grocery store and pastry shop. The photos are exactly as you see. The beds were extremely comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms was a convenient feature. We especially liked that each room in the house had balconies. We enjoyed the evening cross breeze every evening. It was very quiet at night. Eirini’s home offered every convenience. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay in Naxos.

I highly recommend this accomodation! The place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very lovely and gave great local recommendations. It is located a short walk from the port and many restaurant options. We had a lovely stay here!

Maria was kind enough to pick us up at the port, on the way to the apartment she gave us recommendations and showed us the way to everything. Mid week she offered cleaning services to change our sheets and towels. She replied super fast at my inquiries and was always willing to help. The apartment looked exactly like in the fotos. The location was perfect, close to everything and well connected. Coffee capsules, sugar and salt was provided. Wifi connection was decent though not the greatest, at least for me since I work remotely. I was able to work without any issues regardless. Maria offered to take us to the port on our departure, but we had left earlier than previously planned. Thank you, Maria for your hospitality and help! Our vacation was wonderful. I would definitely return to stay at yours again. 🌹

Het appartement is door de familie zelf gebouwd. Ze hebben dat zeer goed gedaan. Het is ruim van binnen met twee fijne slaapkamers en goede badkamer. Vanaf het grote terras met grote eettafel, drie zitzakken en een droogrek kijk je over het eiland. Het ligt perfect op de zon. Heerlijke plek om te ontbijten en einde middag en avond te zitten. De bedden sliepen perfect. In de slaapkamers waren twee opklapbare bagagerekken aanwezig dat altijd erg plezierig is. Het appartement heeft een fijne badkamer met een heerlijke ruime douche. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was heel fijn. Het keukenblok is ook ruim. Heeft ook een kleine vaatwasser. Kleine aantekening: De keuken had wel wat beter uitgerust kunnen zijn.

I am new to airbnb and honestly have very high expectations. Kiriakos’ home sets the bar very high. His communication was always immediate and he always had exceptional recommendations! The place itself is luxury - a gorgeous view and walkable to town. He walked us through the apartment and showed us how to use everything, and he left fresh fruit, coffee, milk, breads, meats yogurts and the list goes on. He left an abundance of amenities like towels, shower essentials and toilet paper unlike other hosts who barely leave any. He picked us up from airport and dropped us back the day we left. We met his entire family and they were so welcoming and his dad John’s wine and ice cream were wonderful! Again I would recommend this place to anyone who looks for high quality and exceptional service - it is worth every penny. Thank you again Kiriakos for welcoming us to your beautiful home - we would definitely love to return and will recommend your place to anyone without hesitation!

What an amazing spot - my girlfriend and I couldn’t have been luckier to find Stamatis’s Alegria location. From the beginnin, Stamatis was incredibly kind and communicative, helping us with genuinely useful recommendations for car rentals, food, activities, beaches, and more. He provided plenty of complementary items and was generous with discounts at his restaurant, Cafe Lotto. The place was absolutely wonderful, clean, brand new, terrifically designed, well stocked, and prime location. I’d recommend this spot (and host) to any couple visiting naxos, or solo traveler.

Anna was an absolutely lovely host — kind, considerate, and incredibly welcoming. She took the time to explain the best ways to get around Naxos and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our trip even better. The place itself was wonderful: extremely comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the snacks she left for us, which were a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying with Anna!

Absolutely wonderful! The hosts were extremely kind and went well out of their way to accommodate my unexpected needs during my stay. Also they arranged transportation to and from the port and helped me get my bags up the stairs. Just really kind and helpful people. As for the apartment itself, it is well-located, very clean and cozy, and that terrace! It has a magnificent view and is absolutely private. It is the most peaceful place where your can truly relax. Plus it is a great value! I would 100% recommend this place and will recommend it to my friends.

Highly Recommend!!! We stayed for a full week and we wanted to stay even longer! It was perfect - Dimitris and Leonie were super attentive, responsive, helpful, kind and respectful. The airbnb was just the right size with a wonderful balcony perfect for your mornings and sunsets with clear views of the sea. The room had everything you need - stocked kitchen, table for work (I worked here), Nespresso machine with pods, tea kettle with tea, comfortable bed, great AC, beach umbrella, towels, etc. You can either walk or drive to the beach - we had a car and did both. Very close to everywhere you may want to go in Naxos!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen Studio mit super Ausstattung, was Küche, Balkon und Badehandtuch angeht. Rundum Sorglos Paket: Top Lage und ideal für Reisende ohne Auto, da man schnell zum Hafen und Busbahnhof gelangt. Dennoch ruhig gelegen, aber in Laufweite zur Altstadt und Hafenpromenade. Blick über die Dächer vom Balkon aus und man schläft mit der Meeresbrandung ein. Aggeliki hat uns spät nachts noch persönlich empfangen und war die ganze Zeit für Tipps und Ausflüge erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen :)

Place was quaint. Views from porches were amazing! Soooo relaxing! Breeze through the house was refreshing. We could have stayed more than one day! Beach was a short walk and very nice at that end!!

Very kind host - he brought me from and to the airport. Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room, bedroom and balcony. Very nice place!

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos. Thanasis was really helpful and was very responsive when we needed anything. You can walk to the apartment from the port (20 mins) and the beach (10 mins.) Bus stop also just outside. Just note when booking this apartment it is right in the centre of town, so you do get the noise you would expect from town living!

What a beautiful place… whether enjoying coffee in the morning or wine later on, our patio that opened on to the beach was the perfect place. Good communication with the host who, even when there was a little issue with the air conditioning, a team was there first thing to tidy up and solve the problem! The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable- two key ingredients for a good airbnb! If you’re planning on walking from the ferry terminal, don’t follow the gps. GPS will take you on the road - way out of the way - but there is a boardwalk that runs along the beach that will take you right to the building. While walking, you can pick out where to go for drinks or food from the many fabulous restaurants! An overall amazing place to stay in Naxos! We highly recommend!
