The house is brand new and with everything new, furniture, beds and utensils. It looks like an inn even with new and great quality bedding, bath and face towels, pillows, covers and mattresses. It has a washing machine and a small clothesline, which helps a lot. Very clean and organized, very clean without unnecessary ornaments. The Pool is large and the barbecue area is very good and with an outdoor bathroom with shower. The host Daniel very attentive, helpful and a great person, responds promptly on the watsapp. The dam is great , with Deck and also has the beach that is very easy to get in and out, both adults and children. It has a descent there, but it is not steep, if it does not rain you can get off with a car. We stayed 5 days and everything was perfect

My family and I spent pleasant days at Chácara Vale Verde. It has fun for everyone! We took advantage of the indoor pool table, the pool area, played volleyball, had a barbecue, a bonfire at night and even had a wonderful immersion bath in the hydro, super hot! Clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, spacious rooms and everything decorated with great care. The kitchen with clean dishes and lots of things available. I didn't miss anything. Safe environment, quiet neighborhood. The house and its surroundings are blessed! Now, Erenice is outstanding. Meticulous in every detail, she welcomed us with joy, coffee and cake! Thank you for everything! We have our little corner in Bom Jesus dos Perdões for sure ♡

I needed to arrive early to take a test and Angelina was super receptive, welcomed me almost at dawn and made me very comfortable in her home. It was two very quiet days, Angelina helped me catch buses, subways, even gave me a ride to one of the nearby woods and was very available for any questions I had!!

Excellent welcome of couple Gil and Jussara throughout the process, attentive and concerned about offering an excellent stay . Beautiful place with lush nature, has a wonderful view of the dam and mountains, the house is complete and well equipped, in addition to having very good taste in decor and sophistication in the details, we have been really surprised! The accommodation is extremely clean, cozy and has everything we need. Lu is an excellent host, always responding promptly, in addition to having a caretaker for anything we needed. We had difficulty entering the condominium because access is through a link and there was no signal. On site, the signal is bad, it barely works. The Wi-Fi also presented instability, which made it a little difficult. In addition, the place is for family and rest, without noise and in the midst of nature. Much more beautiful than in the photos! In addition, the condominium has a market that makes it VERY easy! We spent the turn with great tranquility and would definitely come back!

Our second time in the Milena space, and as always sensational , the space is much more beautiful in person, everything very clean, the homemade is very helpful, Mrs. Cilene gave us a tip of everything we needed, the rooms were all clean and tidy, plenty of room for everyone to have fun, my family and I love it and we'll be back.

We were greeted by the homemakers courtesy of sparkling wine, chocolates and fruits from the garden itself. The house is very large and clean. All bedrooms have a bathroom, wardrobe and lamp shade. Inclusive have provided portable cradle for our baby. Bed linens were clean, bath and pool towels were available. All windows have screens for mosquitoes. The house really is for the 4 seasons, but the swimming pool is not air-conditioned. The householders, Jair and Maria, deserve a separate evaluation, were exceptional and considerate. They cleaned the pool every morning, they were always close to help. On one of the nights, we arranged them to make pizza for us in the wood-burning oven. They bought firewood and ingredients, we just picked the flavors and they were wonderful. Maria's special sauce, which looked like a vinaigrette, is a delight! The glass house and dam guarantee a greater connection with nature. The garden is well cared for, has rose trees and fruit trees.

A few days before, Domiciano contacted us to share some information and answer questions. Always responding quickly and with great attention! And arriving at the place, everyone was amazed, beautiful, cozy, spacious place. Domiciano, an extremely nice guy, made a point of welcoming us, talking, giving us all the additional instructions. We walked and enjoyed everywhere, the karaoke made the people happy, everyone rested well because there were many rooms and beds available. The only downside was that we only stayed for one weekend, because we wanted to spend more time.

Gis was amazing from beginning to end, responding to everything super fast and very niceoooo. The Chácara is hotter than the pictures show, perfect to rest and escape the madness of the big city, the highest point of all is that GIS is pet friendly and my dogs have enjoyed more than anything, they ran on the lawn, swam in the dam, and ate a lot of fruits straight from the foot, we are already organizing the next trip ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I booked my son's 12th birthday party site. I asked Cristiane for nominations and she indicated me buffet, sweets, van transportation… I hired her indications and everything was great! Very hot food, kind, attentive, punctual and proactive staff. I also hired the services of the homemade Lú that helped us a lot. My son and his friends took great advantage of the soccer field and the pool. The place to eat, sit for conversation is very nice, covered and pleasant. The advertisement had many photos and they corresponded to reality. Cristiane was very kind, attentive and answered all my questions quickly. I really enjoyed the experience!! Indico and would hire again!

The place is nice, described as in the photos, access is a little difficult but if you follow the information and instructions that the host sends you, you will arrive correctly. Clean and organized house, no odors. Both the kitchen and the gourmet area are nice. One point, which I don't see as negative, but I saw in other comments and the girls reported, is the issue that the housekeeper is near the pool area, and some felt uncomfortable, but not extremely worrying, but it is a point to review!
