Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Καθαρό και πολύ δροσερό το σπίτι, ήσυχη γειτονιά, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

A lovely place that was 15 mins from the airport. It was just perfect for our needs to get to the airport early in the morning. I can see staying here as a stepping stone for a late arrival too. Additionally Christine was super helpful personally reaching out to us, providing the coordinates that plugged right into Google Map that landed us right in front of the house, and greeting us when we got there even though we got there late evening. The house was so adorable. Convenient to the airport, yet in a very peaceful bit of country like setting. Definitely would stay again.

The house was spotless, the sheets and towels perfectly clean and the host was very communicative and sweet! I’d definitely book it again.

L’expérience grecque fut totalement réussit, notamment grâce à ce studio qui a sur nous faire croire être comme chez nous. Evangelia a été très réactive et a su nous mettre à l’aise !! Je recommande fortement !

I really enjoyed my stay here. The patio and privacy were great. The neighborhood is walkable, safe, and relatively quiet. The host provided detailed instructions and was very responsive even late into the evening. Two different train stations are both short walks and there are ample coffee shops and bakeries along the way. Five stars, would love to be a guest here when I return to Athens.

Η διαμονή μου στο χώρο του κύριου Γιώργου ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Ακόμη, πεντακάθαρος ήταν και όλος ο εξοπλισμός και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Επίσης, ο χώρος ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και μπόρεσα να καλύψω όλες τις ανάγκες μου για το διάστημα ενός μήνα που έμεινα. Επιπλέον, το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ζεστό και με άφθονο ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο. Επιπρόσθετα, ο καναπές έχει αντικατασταθεί και είναι εξαιρετικά άνετος με υπόστρωμα!!! Ως προς την μετακίνηση, ήταν πολύ κοντά στις στάσεις λεωφορείων προς το κέντρο. Εξαιρετική γειτονιά, ήσυχη, ενώ ταυτόχρονα το κατάλυμα ήταν κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ, ζαχαροπλαστείο, φαρμακείο και καφετέριες!!! Θα επέλεγα ξανά και ξανά να μείνω σε αυτό το κατάλυμα και θα το συνιστήσω και σε οικείους μου. Τέλος, να αναφέρω ότι ο κύριος Γιώργος ήταν απόλυτα επικοινωνιακός, φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει!!!

My boyfriend and I came on holiday for 5 days to Athens and the apartment was perfect for us. It was in a decent location just a couple minutes walk from the metro and had a large balcony we could relax on in the evening. The bed was also very comfy and the apartment was spotless throughout. Will definitely return next time we are in Athens.

I really loved my time at Vivian's & Mintos. The apartment has a really great feel, homely and welcoming, and the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Bed was very comfy, aircon worked well and they were extremely helpful & responsive hosts. I had a very delayed flight arriving close to 5am and it wasn't an issue. I ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed it so much. Will definitely stay here again.

Nos sentimos como en casa en el Sunflower Apartament. El apartamento está en un barrio tranquilo, que es justo lo que queríamos y muy bien comunicado con el centro por dos estaciones de metro. Tardábamos solo 10 minutos en llegar a plaza sintagma. La limpieza del apartamento fue excepcional, está cuidado hasta el último detalle. No hay ruido por las noches, está muy bien aislado. Recomiendo sin duda el apartamento. Además fueron muy amables y atentos siempre con nuestras peticiones. 10/10! Volveremos :)

Our stay was great! The hosts were excellent and always responsive. The location was really close to the metro station and close to restuarants and several super markets. We appreciated that the hosts were flexible and allowed is to check-in early. We had a ton of luggage and it would be hard to carry around. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες!! Ήταν πολύ καθαρό κ ευρύχωρο! Η περιοχή είναι εξαιρετική κ δεν αντιμετωπίζεις κανένα πρόβλημα με την εύρεση θέσης στάθμευσης, βρίσκαμε πάντα ακριβώς κάτω από το κατάλυμα! Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πάντα πολύ αμεσως κ φιλικός σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε!

Schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, tolle Terrasse. Die Gastgeberin ist gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist wahrscheinlich nicht die schönste Athens, aber das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten per U-Bahn erreichbar. Insofern war das kein Problem. Würde jedenfalls wieder hier buchen.

Πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλική οικοδέσποινα. Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο και ευρύχωρο. Είχαμε ευελιξία στην ώρα άφιξης και μας άφησε να εισέλθουμε στο χώρο νωρίτερα απ’ ότι όριζε. Αξίζει σίγουρα τα λεφτά του και θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε! *Για όσους θέλουν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, βρίσκετε 2 στενά πιο κάτω, επι πληρωμή.

Η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη, κάτι που με έκανε να νιώσω ασφάλεια και άνεση. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο και όπως ακριβώς φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment during our family trip to Athens! The Acropolis views are just as spectacular as the photos and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The A/C also works great, which was a huge bonus because it was quite hot while we were there and so it was very nice to retire to the apartment after a morning of sightseeing and relax in the A/C while still being able to look at those amazing views! The location was excellent: Within in 5-10 minutes you can walk to the neighborhoods of Monastiraki and Plaka or the ancient Agora for sightseeing and tourist things, and in just 2-5m you can be in the neighborhood of Psyrri with tons of amazing eating and drinking options. Despite the great location, it was very quiet at night.

דירה נחמדה מאוד במיקום נוח עם נוף נפלא לאקרופוליס ולאצטדיון. מרפסת מדהימה וכיפית למפגש חברים (המעקה נמוך מידי לילדים). בהחלט מומלץ!
