Villa Athena is located 120 m from an excellent beach and only 350 m from the center of Nea Kallikratia. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and 2 sofas that are easily converted into double beds. In the bathroom there is a standing hydromassage. There ia a 55'TV in the living room and 32'TV in each one of the bedrooms, all smartv & NETFLIX. The wonderful outdoor space as well as the pool are used only by the tenants of the 2 apartments in the Villa.

Breathtaking view on the cliff edge

Fully renovated apartment which is located between Epanomi and Nea Iraklia. It is about 40km away from Thessaloniki and the airport. It is easily accessible by car. There's also public transport, though I wouldn't recommend it. The flat is on the 2nd floor with amazing view! You can watch the sun setting right behind the mountain of Olympus! There are beach bars about 2km away but if you don't like the crowded places, the little beach just below the apartment will satifsy your needs!
