We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable. The location was great, and we felt very much at home. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay! I recently stayed in this stunning, super-modern apartment in Thessaloniki, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the stylish, sleek design immediately stood out. The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice vacation was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: we were not only able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Nikianna was a great host, she responds very fast and ready to help and be a good host. The check in and check out was flexible and we were able to get at the place earlier than usual after talking with her in advance. The place was good located, ~5min by walk to the city center and ~5min by walk to the beach side. The apartment had good amnesties and was perfect for 2 couples. From the balcony you can see the sea side but also the mountains side. Thanks for everything (5*)

Fantastic place in the heart of Kalikratia. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. She even let us check-out whenever we like. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and very well equipped. The place was as expected and described. The location is great for the short walk to the local beach, which is huge, and to all restaurants and the shopping mile. A special bonus and not a matter of course, was the kindness and help of the hostess with all sorts of questions. We will probably never forget the vacation.

Me and my family were staying at Elena's house in Nea Kalikratia the first week of September. The house is what you need for an excellent long or short stay at the sea. You just need to pack your personal belongings, while at the apartment, you got all you need to feel just like at home. Spacious apartment with a long wide terrace looking right at the sea. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, beach just in front of the building, dynamic and welcoming neighborhood, perfect combination. Having in mind that the apartment is very cute and carefully arranged, we enjoyed our couple of days there and hope to be back next season!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..
