Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nea Peramos

Everything was perfect.

We had great time at Thenia's place. It was spacious (we were 6 adults and 2 kids), located very close to the beach and overall close to Kavala and the nearby beaches. Thenia is a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate. We had everything necessary for a great stay. Highly recommend.

The maisonette is exactly as the photos. It has great terrace with view to the sea. It was very clean and the host is very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend the place!

The place is beautifully located with a really nice garden. You have everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is very cozily furnished with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. Maria's parents are absolutely wonderful, we felt right at home and were greeted with wine, fruit and snacks as guest gifts! Maria was always available and responded within a few minutes when we had a question. We had a great vacation here and would come back anytime. Thanks for everything! 🥰

Great place to stay that was exactly as shown on the pictures and as described. The apartment was big enough for 2 adults and 3 children. There is a large covered terrace and a large garden. The landlords were very accommodating and very eager to make sure we didn't miss anything. Since we traveled in the low season, there was little to do. But there were still some shops and restaurants open. Everything within walking distance. In summer it is certainly perfect for bathing or with the pool in the garden. The complex is also perfect if you want to travel with a larger group as there are several separate apartments. Thanks for the wonderful time, we will definitely be back!

Very good experience! The house had everything we needed, it was spotless and ergonomic, we only stayed 3 days but we could easily stay longer. The location was very convenient for our needs. Close to a mini market, easy access to the center, convenient parking, close to the city exit for the beaches we wanted to go to. Suzanna is sweet, helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

One of the best air bnb experiences I have had. So good, it was so close to the beach and had everything we needed. Theodora is so sweet and did a lot more than we expected. Great communication and felt so welcome. Paralia Orfriniou is a cute and calm beach town perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean vibe 🐬🇬🇷🏖💙🧿

We had a good time.. We were here during Easter.. There were eggs painted left on the table as well as authentic Greek cookies.. It was a very kind gesture from the owner.. The apartment is small and cozy, the terrace is also comfortable for morning coffee.. The building is close to shops and establishments. We felt wonderful and would stay again on our next trip to Kavala. I recommend the place !

Christos is a great host. His wife's apple pie welcomed us :) Great studio flat with everything you need. Private garage is a big plus. I highly recommend Christos's flat to stay in Kavala.

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! It's truly a heavenly place, just like its name. It was very nice to spend a holiday with a green garden, beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Our hosts are the most wonderful, friendly hosts we have ever met. They have offered us many treats since we arrived. They also sent us off with gifts. If you prefer a calm and peaceful place, this is definitely the right address. The garden has a very beautiful view both day and night. The sea is very close and the entire coast is incredibly calm. The cleanliness of the house was very nice. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely prefer this place again if we come back.

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

We had a great time at Nikos’ place. As a family of 4 with a baby, it was very convenient to have the beach at a walking distance. We were looking for a quiet family time and this was exactly it. Felt like home away from home with everything you need near by.

The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, it has everything you would need, in a nice neighbourhood, the hosts were nice and polite. It's also really close to the city centre, less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is that there were no parking spaces at the building. There were some free parking spots down the street, but keep in mind that there is a steep street that you have to walk through to reach the building. Overall we had a great time here!

I must say it's very nice appartment with everything needed for a stay in Kavala. Sparkling clean, modern and without clutter. The neighborhood is quiet and without any issues to park a car. So highly recommended.

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
