Beachfront holiday rental in Nea Poteidaia

An absolutely amazing location right next to Aristotelous Square. Take a few steps and you are right in the middle of everything. I wish we had stayed longer to really take advantage of it. The apartment itself is very modern and clean, and while it is compact it makes use of the space very well. We would stay again.

Kika and her family were great hostes. They provided the apartment with all you need. Great place for famlies,grocerys and bakery very close by. This area is in general very quite. Kika and her family were very helpfull and friendly. We are very happy that we found that place and we hope to come back another time.

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Prachtige locatie met een bijna prive-strand zodra je de afdaling trotseert Het water kleurt hier net zo als wij alleen nog maar in ‘the Caribbean’ hebben gevonden Appartement is ruim, erg schoon en alles is aanwezig Toilet is aan de kleine kant Host is extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als er iets was kwam er snel reactie en een oplossing Appartement ligt aan best drukke doorgaande weg, maar Afytos is aan te lopen Bovendien rijden er taxi’s af en aan ;-) Dit is misschien wel het mooiste plekje op Kassandra

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

Не ошибусь если скажу что это одно из лучших локаций в городе. с одной стороны очень близко к центру, но с другой очень тихо. Дом расположен внизу, соответственно не нужно постоянно ходить вверх и вниз. Очень рядом пляж, супермаркет, рестораны. Отдельного внимания заслуживают вид с балкона и жувущий рядом павлин :) Хозяин очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Очень рекомендую!

Ich war 11 Tage bei Kostas und Gianna. Ich war das erste Mal alleine im Urlaub und war Anfangs deswegen etwas nervös.Die Nervosität legte sich mit dem ersten Schritt, den ich durch das Eingangstor machte.Gianna hat mich freudig begrüsst und mich durch die Tage immer wieder mit tollen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Auch Kostas gab mir zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl,herzlich willkommen zu sein und gab mir immer wieder gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Strände oder Restaurants. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass Gastgeber so mit dem Herz dabei sind und auch aufrichtig Interesse an den Gästen zeigen und diese mit einbeziehen. Ich wurde zum Barbecue eingeladen und am Abflugstag zu einem leckeren Mousaka, welches Gianna aufwendig zubereitete. Auch die Hündin Bianca war ein weiteres Highlite. Ihren Blicken kann man kaum etwas ausschlagen. Und dann die kleine Baby-Katze Lisa. Sie hat mein Herz erobert 🥰 Dann die Lage… Es ist wirklich ein kleines Stückchen Paradies. Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben zu dritt (3 Erwachsene) eine Woche in dem schönen Strandhaus verbracht. Vom Platz her war dies ideal für uns. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft. Morgens direkt kurz ins Meer springen können, das Meeresrauschen am Abend und in der Nacht und immer den Blick auf das große Blau - herrlich! Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht, die Zimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend und alles ist sehr liebevoll in mediterranem-skandinavischem Mix ausgestattet. Alles Zimmer haben hochwertige Fliegengitter. Der Kontakt mit Petros war unkompliziert und freundlich und stets schnell in der Reaktion - so wünscht man sich das als Gast. Der Strand vor dem Haus hat große Kiesel: Badeschuhe mitnehmen und das Wasser ist kristallklar. Wir waren nach jedem Ausflug froh, wieder an unserem ruhigen, entspannten Haus zu sein. Da es im Juni schon ganz schön heiß war, hat uns als einziges noch ein schöner Schattenplatz ums Haus gefehlt. Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und sehr freundlich! Die gegend ist ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen. Wir würden jeder zeit wiederkommen! P.S. Nur die hunde und katzen sind noch freundlicher als die gastgeber
