The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

We loved staying at Agabi-Chrysi's place. Everything was very well maintained and communication with her was excellent. She helped with questions within 5 minutes and was very kind. Check-in was straightforward and everything you needed in everyday life was to be found. The location and surroundings are quiet and you are within 5 minutes on the beach. The garden is also huge and you have plenty of space to unfold. However, it is also very insightful, but you can also see this on the pictures. In summary, we can definitely recommend the stay.

The house is very cosy and has all you need + more. The beach is fantastic and private, the water is crystal clear and the area is perfect for snorkeling. The terraces are facing in all directions and you can always find a place with sun or shadow. I can truly recommend staying at Nikos family house.

Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

Our stay was very nice. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast, which was included in the price. The service was great. The apartment was very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was great too.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to spent holidays! Penelope, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The mansion we stayed at, was lovely and spacious. Every room had balconies and the terrace was in front of the sea. We had the best time and will reccommend this place to our friends!

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

The place was in a very good location, about 10-15min walk from the best beach in the area (Karydi beach), right next to the grocery store and restaurants. As it was on the main street it wasn’t always super quiet, but at least everything was nearby. All the quieter areas were farther away from the beaches, cafes and shops. And the main street is not too busy, so it was all good. The house and yard offered enough privacy so that whatever was happening on the street didn’t bother us too much. The place was also super clean and roomy enough for 3-5 people. Yard was also well kept. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and feel like at home. Isavella also gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat nearby.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

Very nice place to spend a holiday with children. House right above the beach with a playground and a very big green garden. Spyros is very communicative and helpful host. I hope we will come back here someday :)

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It's well-equipped for longer stays, with plenty of plates, glasses, and all the essentials. The outdoor space is especially cosy — we spent many relaxing hours in the shade of the tree or playing in the yard. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and even prepared a delicious dinner for us, which we enjoyed at the table under the tree. The nearest beach is just a short 12-minute walk away. We reserved both villas, which was very convenient for our large group. Highly recommend!

Christos and Sofia’s place was amazing. Right next to the beach, and a 5 min walk to the center. There are lots of beach bars, as well as a public beach next to the accomodation. It has a wide front yard, perfect for families especially with children and it’s inside a gates community making it extremely safe. We could let the kids play in the yard while we drank our morning coffee watching them from a distance. It’s stocked with everything one would need for a careless stay, such as kitchen and cooking equipment, as well as toiletries and clean towels. The Wi-Fi was great, even when 4 of us were connected at the same time. The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived, which is a huge plus. Finally, Christos was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests. Easily one of the best hosts, and people overall I’ve had the pleasure to communicate with. 10/10, would visit again in a heartbeat.
