You will find a simple, clean and affordable studio apartment. The apartment is a safe and quiet space to relax and retreat or concentrate and work. The fully equipped kitchen and the refrigerator/freezer makes it a great place to prepare a meal. Great for weekly or extended monthly stays. We offer no charge parking or for use of our washers and dryers. Guest can however arrange to pay Maria for weekly or monthly instay cleaning and laundry services as needed.

Another great MCWS stay at the Woolworth Lofts in one of Elizabeth, Stacie, and their team's units. The team was extremely responsive to a few early requests we had (more toiletries, sheets, remote control batteries, etc.), quickly fulfilling our requests. Great location for the short mile-ish walk to Charles Schwab Field. Great location near lots of restaurants, several new since our 2023 visit. Be aware this is in a convenient downtown Old Market neighborhood with the accompanying noise and some homelessness, but these are out of the team's control and will be encountered anywhere around the stadium. Our unit this year (2025) was an atrium facing unit which we found significantly quieter. We would definitely stay here again, and obviously did (2023 and 2025). Thanks for making our 2025 MCWS visit comfortable.

Great place to stay when in Omaha. Located in a cool part of town with lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away. Place was nice, clean and easy to check in and out. Only downside was the noise in the evenings. We were woken up several times between 12-2 from the noise at the bar below. We had our young daughter with us otherwise probably wouldn’t have been a big deal. Still happy with our stay just some trouble sleeping. Something to consider if traveling with kids.

Loved our stay here!! The place was beautiful, clean and exactly what we were looking for! The location was amazing for getting around downtown! Great to be able to walk across the street to Blue! It’s nice and close to all the downtown activities, including the Saturday morning Farmers Market!

We had a great stay. The check-in instructions provided were very clear with photos attached to avoid any confusion. Very nice location in The Old Market with numerous restaurants right around the corner. We were there for the College World Series and it was easily walkable to the stadium. Prior to the trip, we were somewhat worried about the atrium view and no outside windows, but it turned out to be a positive because there was no street noise and we slept great after the long days at the ballpark. The loft was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. Very happy we had the washer and dryer for our long stay. Very quiet and overall great.

Great location within walking distance to Convention Center and CHI Arena. Lots of restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable. Large bathroom. Kitchen didn't have many appliances, but we asked for a toaster and it arrived within a couple hours of asking. Modern place and very comfortable. Great value for a long weekend in town for a tournament.

The location was perfect to explore Downtown Omaha. The apartment was just as described and had all of the necessary items for our stay. The place was very clean and check in/check out was SO easy! We will stay here again when we come back to Omaha. Thank you for a great stay!
