Quiet loft in a former artist's studio near the Jardin du Luxembourg

The 70 m2 apartment is a duplex and has been completely renovated recently. The volumes are very attractive with sometimes 5 meters high under ceiling. The main wall is a large glass wall. It is not possible to block out the light, and the room, which is open, is not in darkness at sunrise. The first level is a large, comfortable living room with an open kitchen. There is a very comfortable sofa bed. Designed on the model of the loft, the spaces are communicating and ideal for a couple or small family. Upstairs, our bedroom is next to the bathroom, with shower and bathtub. There is also the room of our three children which is not accessible (it is too complicated to store all the toys...) You have the apartment and the possibility to stay a few moments in the quiet courtyard where a bench and garden seats are arranged. Our apartment is in the heart of an extremely friendly and well-kept neighborhood. The place is ideal for enjoying Parisian life, with its many quality restaurants, peaceful streets, and food and fashion shops. Our apartment is very well served. It is close to Vavin station on line 4, Notre-Dame-des-Champs on line 12 and Raspail on line 6. The Port-Royal RER station is nearby and allows direct access to Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly.

Passez quelques jours en amoureux, en famille ou entre amis dans le quartier le plus sûr et chic de Paris. Proche Tour Eiffel, Saint Germain des Prés, Le Bon Marché. L’appartement est climatisé, très confortable et agréable, joliment décoré pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison, à Paris. Il comprend deux chambres, avec deux lits doubles, et deux salles de bains, chacune avec un WC. Avec des enfants, nous avons tout l’équipement nécessaire pour le sommeil, le bain, la toilette et jouets.

Entre St Germain des Prés et Montparnasse, il est à 15 minutes à peine à pied du Louvre, 15 minutes de la Tour Eiffel, 10 minutes du Jardin du Luxembourg, pour des ballades exceptionnelles dans tout le cœur de Paris. Bardé de restaurants excellents et dans une rue gastronomique, il est au cœur d'un réseau de bus et de métro qui vous emmène direct à Montmartre et dans toutes les directions.

The reward is inside :) Elegant and industrial in style, our apartment is nestled at the top of a building with typical Parisian architecture, Haussmann, opposite the Eiffel Tower. Inhabited part of the week by its owners, it is not an apartment-hotel as you often find: there is life, a soul, clothes in the cupboards and something to cook a good little dish when you arrive :)
