This place is Paradise in Kochi. When you have marine drive on your left and broadway market on your right. Walk right down to be greated by a mall. One of the most clean looking rooms we had and a warm owner to guide you through.

Though my stay was only for couple of days, I enjoyed it and had a hazzle free time during my stay. The place is comfortable enough for a short trip, giving enough privacy and peace. Kitchen and room had almost all the necessary amenities. would recommend it and would be happy to stay again. Thanks to the host, Farooq for being in touch throughout the stay.

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

Our stay was very comfortable for our family (with two kids). The house was neat and clean, making it ideal for a family stay. It's also conveniently located, not too far from the North Railway Station.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at this place for 2 months. The location was really good. Restaurants and grocery stores were just a stones throw away. The place was really neat and clean. However, there were mosquitoes at times.

I recently stayed at here and it was a truly memorable experience. From check‑in to check‑out, everything ran seamlessly, the hosts were always quick to reply and very responsive. The place truly felt like a home away from home.

Excellent location. You can see Lulu Mall and walk to Lulu in 3 minutes, and the Metro station is 2 minutes away. Clean and quiet place, and an easy self-check-in. No troubles from security or the caretaker. Excellent designated car parking. Saravanabhavan is in the adjoining building with excellent veg food. The place is worth for money.

Being on the third floor, the view from the terrace was fantastic—We could see the shipyard beyond Jew Street, making it a serene spot to unwind. The calmness, privacy, and complete lack of disturbances made it even more enjoyable. A special mention to Yaqoob, the host, whose warmth and hospitality made the experience even better.
