Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Nice studio, parking, and outdoor area

Studio neuf avec entrée indépendante dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Volets roulants électriques. Place de parking. Cuisine moderne avec plaque induction, hotte, frigo, micro-ondes, cafetière senséo et bouilloire. Le studio attenant à mon logement est séparé par le garage pour plus de discrétion. La terrasse plein sud baignera votre logement de soleil dès les premiers rayons. Le logement se situe à 10 min de Tallard, environ 30 min des stations de ski et du Lac de Serre Ponçon.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

The log cabin

Enjoy a magnificent view of the start of the Ecrins, quiet, in a log cabin. The chalet is located on the edge of the forest, on the edge of the red fruit farm of Mur'Mûres d'Isabelle. Located near Gap, at the foot of Ceüse Mountain, offering many opportunities for outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, Lake Pelleautier, horseback riding...). Ski resorts 35 km away: Joue du loup, Ancelle. If there is snow at our place, access to the chalet ends on foot for 50 m.

Au pied de la falaise de Ceüze, en pleine nature avec une vue exceptionnelle, nous vous proposons notre T2 de 44m2 dans un vieille maison de pierres attenant à notre résidence. L'accès se fait par une route forestière de 300 m. Vous pourrez décharger vos valises à proximité de l'appartement en vous garant devant la maison. Attention le chemin n'est pas déneigé et l'accès en cas de chute de neige se fait à pied. La pente est importante par moment (près de 25 %).
