Great place to stay if you want a cheaper place near KLCC. It is walking distance to Monorail train station (Bukit Nanas). From there you can go to KL Sentral, Bukit Bintang and other station. The whole unit is clean and very huge. To be honest it can accomodate up to 3 people.

Just perfect!

Great place to stay. Room was nice and clean. View from the window was also very beautiful. All amenities were nice and working. Only downside thing was my communication with the host a day before check in as I wanted to make sure of check in and preparation of the room before my flight but the response was very delayed. After that on the check in day after landing the communication was all good. Host also provided us a parking space ( we paid extra ). Over all the place is really nice.

Jess is a great host. She has a great place and was very helpful! Would highly recommend her place!

Recommended Unit to stay for those comes with family. We came here with Two Kids and obviously it is quite spacious bedroom Two Double beds. With big TV and entertainment for kids and swimming pool at level 10th. Overall everything is okay just a small issue that the toilet water flow is not good enough. Other than that We love to stay here.

This Airbnb at Arte Cheras absolutely exceeded my expectations! The interior design was exactly like the photos—elegant, extravagant, and every corner was ig-worthy. The decor gives off such a luxurious vibe that made the entire stay feel special. I was especially impressed with the bathtub in the upper bedroom—so relaxing and perfect for a pampering session. And the 100-inch TV? Total game changer! Movie nights felt like a mini cinema experience. One more thing I truly appreciated: the unit is on the highest floor, which gave us total privacy and peace, away from all the hustle and bustle below. Honestly, it was such a perfect combination of comfort, style, and exclusivity. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay. The host was always responsive and extremely helpful. Despite being a room above a shopping area, it was always very quiet in the morning and at night. I got better sleep here than I have anywhere in over a year. There are a lot of affordable restaurants and coffee shops offering many cuisine options within a short 5 minute walk and there's an urban rail station with two local transit lines within a 10 minute walk. There are also many shops selling just about any product you would probably need within a few minutes walk. Very good value for the money.

Easy and flexible check in had a great stay

The host Nini is very friendly and responds promptly with questions.There is a food street downstairs, more than 10 minutes walk there is a food market and a large supermarket.It is a pity that the room has a door connected with the next door, and the sound insulation is not good, and it is woken up by the alarm clock of the neighbor's neighbor at about 5am every morning, and sometimes the alarm clock will continue to ring for more than 30 minutes, and it is a little headache, but I don't want to say anything.

✅ Pros: The house was super clean when I arrived, very well maintained. The host is honestly the best! Super kind, always helpful, and responds quickly whenever you need something. The pool is large and beautiful, and they warm it up after 6PM which makes it perfect for night swims. The gym is hands down the best I’ve seen in any condo in KL, very stylish, modern, well-equipped, and extremely clean. The condo has a lot of facilities and things to do, which makes it really enjoyable. Security is solid, so I felt safe during my stay. Very near to MRT ( Metro ) ⚠️ Things that could be improved : The kitchen needs a proper oven and more basic cooking tools to make it easier to cook. The cleanliness in the glass at the infinity pool and jacuzzi needs improvement which would make the view even better. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a stylish and well-equipped condo in KL.

Everything good .

We booked for 2 weeks and then extended for another 2 weeks. The place is big enough to comfortably live for longer period of time and feels like home. The building complex has a gym, tennis court and a very big pool. There are shops and restaurants also within the complex and a Grab ride to the city is very cheap. The apartment is on 39th floor and has amazing views from the bedroom window and also has a small balcony. You can prepare all meals in the very functional kitchen. All in all, extremely nice and absolutely value for money.
