This stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotless clean with beautifully decorated interior. 24hr security is given to the complex and the layout of the apartment was perfect. Hirushke and his family were very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. Also the apartment was well equipped. It had a microwave, electric kettle, clothing iron and the whole apartment was air conditioned. Overall our experience with them was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We’re looking forward to our next stay already.

We only stayed here for half a day as we needed something close to the airport, and this place was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is very pleasant – there’s a lovely coffee shop nearby with great cakes. Overall, a great little spot for a short stay. The host, Devinda, was very responsive and proactive, which we really appreciated.

It is one of the most lovely stays I’ve had to date. The gorgeous place and customer service of Ashane and Udeshi were incomparable. They were so consistent from inquiry to post check out. As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe in their place. Almost everything you need they have and if they don’t they will reach the extra mile to help you with it. It was such a great first impression of Sri Lanka’s warmth and hospitality. Will definitely stay with them again on another Negombo trip.

We loved staying at Dennis’!! The perfect location for the first couple of nights in Sri Lanka to settle in. His colleagues were very friendly and provided a great service, breakfast of fruit, yoghurt and eggs every morning was a nice touch. The animals were adorable and very friendly, loved that they’re all rescues. The room was large, clean and great access to the pool for a leisurely swim every morning. We ate at Centella Bistro as per Dennis’ recommendation and it was delicious. Would recommend for a stay.

Arosha was a very responsive person. as a guest we really expect this and she was one of that quick. really appreciate especially on the WiFi and TV. really appreciate. well the place is new development due that , place was dusty and facilities not in full force. looking forward to come and enjoy the full facilities. looks great. children playground , gym and the swimming pool. not forgetting the Griffy who was also friendly and of help. thank you
