You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Emily was a wonderful host, the house was very easy to find and get into, and the house was spotless and looked even better than the photos! The view was stunning and it was in a lovely area, close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you needed; a great shower, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and a comfy bed. We had a wonderful stay at Josie’s pool house. Everything was excellent. Josie was super friendly and proactive with wonderful recommendations and always available for any requests we had. The pool house is properly relaxing, the pool, hot tub and mini golf were a lot of fun, we enjoyed spending quiet time and star gazing at night while enjoying the hot tub! We enjoyed all the little extras Josie left for us in the pool house too to make our stay extra comfortable. This is an amazing place to stay when visiting Port Stephen’s, fabulously located close to everything but still very private - the view was stunning. We loved Josie’s café where we enjoyed some yummy brunch - thank you for the extra coffee coins! We will definitely recommend!

Enjoyed a weekend away at Nikki's place in Nelson Bay. Would have to say this is one of the best Airbnb places i have stayed in. The apartment is very well maintained. Everything is clean, tidy and in working order. One of the best equipped kitchens ever. Communication was always clear, concise, very prompt and always conducted in a friendly tone. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a getaway.

It was a very clean and beautiful place to stay. The backyard, in particular, had a warm and cozy atmosphere that was comforting just to look at. I wished I could have stayed longer than just one night. There were no unnecessary items, and the bathroom supplies reflected the host's warm and thoughtful care. It was a holiday, so it was hard to find a place to stay, but thanks to the host, I was able to spend the night in a wonderful place. Thank you!
