"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite is situated on the entrance level of the house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. It has one bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

The best of both worlds! A quiet 1/2 acre sanctuary with extensive views out to sea but only a short distance to town. Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. A modern one bedroom home. Very spacious, private and spotlessly clean. Owner lives 1.4 km away and is happy to assist guests however he can. The property is opposite Miyazu Garden, close to town, has lovely park and sea views and is right on the Nelson bike/walking trail.
