Apartment holiday rentals in Neos Kosmos, Athens

Host: Thanasis is one of, if not, the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. Checked on me regularly to see how I was doing and how was my stay. Offered help where he could. Even offered to pick me up at the airport for my late night flight. I did not take him up on this but in hindsight I believe he’s worth trusting! Location: Neos Kosmos is a peaceful with a lot of character. Affordable compared to city centre and a lot of restaurants/markets/bars. The location is literally 5 minutes away from the metro and 2 minutes away from the tram line. Very close to the Acropolis, Plaka, Pantheon and the city centre itself. Easily accessible. I deducted 1 star from neighbourhood is due to a very VERY loud motorbike outside the flight which seems to work at all hours of the night (so loud it shakes the window) hahaha Only recommendation is to add curtains to the bedroom. There is light on the street 24hrs/day and it was hard to sleep. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANASIS!!!

This was a stunning apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. The amazing view of the Acropolis was breathtaking and memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. We will definitely be booking this place again.

We had a fabulous stay for 10 days at Venice’s wonderful apartment. We loved the location with lovely restaurants, 2 supermarkets and bakery nearby. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean and tidy. Venice was lovely, she responded quickly to my inquiries and met us on checkin which was so nice. She left some milk and an array of snacks, drinks, condiments etc for us to use. We felt right at home and were sad to leave. Koukaki a perfect spot, far enough away from the busy areas of the Plaka etc but easy to walk most places. A metro and buses around the corner. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time in the apartment. It was very clean, just as described. It was at walking distance to the main attractions Athens has to offer. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay in Athens and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment had everything we wanted—private parking, easy check-in with a friendly host who showed us around, and thoughtful amenities like a desk, external monitor, and fast wifi that made it easy to work when needed. The balconies were a real highlight, especially with the comfortable hammock, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location was ideal, just a short walk to both metro and tram stops, making it easy to get around and see all the major sites. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

The flat is very comfortable and has a nice clean minimalist design. It's in a great neighbourhood with some nice bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Acropolis and convenient for bus routes.

Vom Stadtzentrum nicht weit entfernt. Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Im Haus ziemlich alles gehabt was man gebraucht hat. Einige Funktionen leider erst spät gemerkt wie es funktioniert. Ansonsten war alles ziemlich super.

Fotis was an amazing host and very communicative during the whole stay. The room is spacious and balcony is brilliant ! A short 2 stops on metro and you’re at the acropolis so location couldn’t be any better! Would definitely come back again :)

We had such a great stay. The apartment looked just like the photos, with thoughtful decor, lots of plants, and a cozy vibe. We loved spending time on the balcony, and the location was perfect. It was close to great restaurants and an easy walk to downtown. Lef was super easy to communicate with and gave detailed directions for check-in and everything in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was close to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Clear instructions by the hosts. Very well setup place.

C'est un appartement d'exeption, meublé avec beaucoup de style et de qualité. La rue est quelconque mais dès qu'on se trouve à l'intérieur, on retrouve le silence et la beauté de contempler l'Acropole de la terrasse. Les principales activités sont à distance de marche. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le lit est confortable. Je recommande fortement !!!

Erittäin hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen, mutta silti lähellä Plakaa ja keskustaa. Bussi kulkee viereiseltä kadulta. Metropysäkki lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Usein kävelimme keskustaan ja takaisin. Nautimme olostamme. Voin suositella!

Despite a delay in our arrival due to luggage issues, Zoe patiently waited for us and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, especially since our bags didn’t arrive. Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. The apartment was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. We were able to walk to all the major attractions with ease, and her restaurant recommendations were spot on. The place met all our expectations, but it was Zoe’s exceptional kindness and attention that made our stay truly memorable. She deserves full credit for making our experience so enjoyable.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

Romanos 5th floor apartment in Athens worked well for our stay. It is a large studio apartment with beautiful windows on both sides, a large deck and an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is in an excellent area with great restaurants and close to everything. We felt very comfortable there. The bathroom really needs to be redone since the shower is in a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t have a flat bottom. We knew this when we booked because very accurate photos were included. We loved the rest of the apartment and appreciated the cancellation policy so we booked anyway. If the bathroom was redone with a normal shower, this apartment would be ideal for everyone. As it is, I would recommend anyone with mobility issues to choose something different. It worked fine for us. Romano responded quickly to our communications and was very helpful with recommendations. We loved Athens and had a great stay.
