Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Neos Kosmos, Athens

Three of us stayed in Panna's wonderfully equipped apartment for 4 nights in June, 2025. The apartment has everything we could possibly want It's spacious, charming, and clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped with cooking equipment and serving pieces. The roof deck washing machine had laundry supplies. The 2 balconies, one with table and chairs, give views over the quiet street. Panna replied instantly to any question. We followed Panna’s printed suggestions for walks in the area and for a trip on the Tram to the beach. The Tram stops by the nearby Neos Kosmos METRO stop. The METRO stop Neos Kosmos is a short walk and is 2 stops from Acropolis and 3 from the Syntagma stop to the airport. We arrived in Athens close to midnight and took the bus to Syntagma. Uber from there was about 7Euros. For shopping there is Carrefour as well as a few other grocery stores nearby. Check in is with a lock box, so easy. This is a wonderful place with a superb host. Who could want more.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Beautiful apartment that is nicely decorated and feels spacious for the size. There were three of us so plenty of room. There is one set of stairs from the building door to the apartment door. We had dinner at Kouvelos and Garden in the beautiful courtyard and the meal and service was great. Also a wonderful breakfast at Neratzia Cafe, the eggs were so fluffy! The streets around the apartment look somewhat run down but it was safe and no issues. The 15-20 min walk to city center is flat and easily doable but you can also take an Uber for cheap for 4 people or less. Communication with the host was easy and they arranged transportation from airport for us which was wonderful and worth it. Get What’s App to communicate with drivers, Ubers, tour operators, etc.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

A lovely place that was 15 mins from the airport. It was just perfect for our needs to get to the airport early in the morning. I can see staying here as a stepping stone for a late arrival too. Additionally Christine was super helpful personally reaching out to us, providing the coordinates that plugged right into Google Map that landed us right in front of the house, and greeting us when we got there even though we got there late evening. The house was so adorable. Convenient to the airport, yet in a very peaceful bit of country like setting. Definitely would stay again.

Very good air BnB we stayed for 5 nights and left the apartment satisfied with everything. Great rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, very clean and the bed was comfy and a good size. There is a good TV, clean and well styled bathroom, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine with a rack to dry your clothes (very helpful). The host gave a great recommendation for a beach locations which turned out to be the best day of the trip. Easy 5/5!

Spent 3 nights in Sia's lovely apartment. The apartment is spotless with a very comfy bed. I had the best sleep I've had in a long time ! The Acropolis is about a 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by and lots of little supermarkets as well. The apartment is easy to find - about 10 minutes from the Metro station and all the insructions which Sia gave were spot on and any query I had she answered really quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again if I return to Athens

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

This was a great place to stay for a handful of nights in Athens. There were many sights to see and great food within walking distance. It was also a great place to relax after an eventful day.

J'ai adoré ce lieu !! C'est grand, chaleureux et très privé. Le patio avec ses plantes est si ressourçant. C'est un lieu très frais même sans avoir à allumer la climatisation. Je m'y suis sentie très bien. C'est très propre. Le quartier est très vivant et c'est un joyeux mélange de touristes, mais aussi de très nombreux athéniens. Les hôtes se donnent énormément de peine et répondent à tout très vite. A l'appartement il y aussi des informations, des conseils, un plan du quartier qu'ils ont fait avec leurs recommandations. On se sent vraiment les bienvenus.

Appartement bien situé, proche transport, proche activités et proche de pas mal de bonne adresses bar/restaurant. La communication était très bien. Petit bémol : l'appartement est moins lumineux que ce que laisse transparaitre les photos mais reste très agréable et silencieux. Je recommande.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment. We were so happy with it last year that we stayed again this year. It is a fantastic place to stay a week or more. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk down the street from the acropolis museum, with tons of restaurants, bars and shops all around it. Grocery store (as opposed to minimarkets) is a 5 minute walk, the metro is a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is spacious and well decorated, and had everything we needed. The balcony is a big plus too, with lots of space and a large table. Room darkening shutters keep out all light if you want it dark for sleep. Air conditions work great; important for Athens in summer. I thought I would miss a microwave, but it did not really matter much. Tip: If you're used to filter coffee makers and a full cup of coffee like me, just set the large nespresso cup fill amount to a half cup, and use the same nespresso pod twice to fill the coffee cup - makes a good cup of coffee :)

I definitely recommend to stay in Sofia’s place! First, you’ll have a great welcome with all you need to enjoy your stay in the appartement but also with tips on restaurants in neighbourhood. Thé flat is well furmished with all equipment you neeed, súper clean and confortable. The location is also great to visit Athens. Do not miss that one!

Very beautiful apartment, has a unique view of the acropolis and everything you need to a perfect stay. Magda gave us clear instructions and recommendations to visit Athens. Everything was great.

For my first visit to Athens, I couldn't have asked for a better location and place to stay! Very easy access to loads of great attractions, shopping, and restaurants, while not feeling stuck in a crowd. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay here. Stelios provided really good recommendations and the view of the acropolis is amazing here - especially at night. The outdoor space is what makes it so special! :)

Our stay was beyond expectation. The view was even better than the pictures. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. We were welcomed by many treats and even free caps.
