The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

My fiancé and our fur baby had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage on the beach. It felt just like home and it was hard to leave. Thanks again!

Lisa’s home was perfectly located on Jax Beach, close to restaurants, and a little on the quieter side of town. We loved the space, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with seaside photos and maps we all enjoyed! I had to work one day and from the front patio I felt as if I were at the beach with my family, beautiful views! Thank you Lisa, will be booking again next year!

5 minute walk to the beach?? Say less. This was an absolutely amazing place to spend the week welcoming our son home from an 8 month deployment. It was peaceful, relaxing, away from traffic. You can walk to several restaurants that are delicious and wonderful service. The beach is right there. Every thing was just as described. Loved the big oversized couch that made piling up and watching tv perfect. Will absolutely stay again when coming back to Jax.

Clean, comfortable; plenty of options to watch on TV without having to use our own streaming services; quiet neighborhood. Not for anyone who has issues going up and down stairs to the second floor bedrooms and shower. (Not an issue for us, but perhaps a consideration for others.) Daniel was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

Second time staying here and hope to stay again! Great beach location. Private, fenced in backyard. Beautiful wood floors, well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage, outside shower has hot and cold water, and overall very nice house.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

Excellent stay. I was in town for my nieces graduation and this location was extremely convenient. Julie was highly responsive throughout my stay, as my schedule continued to fluctuate around family plans. She quickly helped with an unplanned situation, allowing a family member access. As for the studio- The bed is extremely comfortable (A+) , pillows were top notch, and the towels were great quality, and it was quiet at night (these are the things that matter most to me). The distance to the beach was a big plus for my morning walks. The cons: The pool was too far away to be useful so I never made it. I was presented with a long list of housekeeping chores the morning of checkout which was a little off putting as I’m trying to depart for the airport (happy to help - to some extent- given quick turns, but perhaps this could have been provided the night prior as a request and not a to-do list). That’s what the housekeeping fee is for. Julie is a great host. The studio is fantastic!

Our hosts were lovely and response to all our requests. The bedding was comfy and the mattress wonderful. We did have a problem with the key pad not working for a few days, however, we did receive quick attention by the owners giving us a key for entry. Also, the owners supplied the condo with many supplies that otherwise we would have to purchase. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

This was a great location for us to relax and enjoy, I was even up early one morning to watch the sunrise over the water. Walkable to anything you need and was a great way for me to get a morning walk in. Would stay again!

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

My husband and I my daughter and 7 year old grandson truly enjoyed our stay . From the cleanliness of the Airbnb to the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony or just steps away to the ocean or pool . Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises along with seeing dolphins every day of our stay. The beach was very clean and also we were lucky enough to see a turtle nest (roped off) to protect the eggs . William was a wonderful host -Looking forward to returning .

Everything you need for a beach vacation where you plan to do a little cooking including basics, scissors, can opener, etc. host super responsive to questions before and during stay. Beach toys, umbrella, surf board, beach wagon, beach towels all available to use when we went. I love that linens are washed with sanitizing products!!! This also helped when our young child needed his laundry cleaned after some travel accidents. Linens were high quality.

This is a big luxurious condo unit. My wife and I, along with 4 friends, reserved the unit for 5 nights and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. It was very clean and well equipped with virtually everything we needed. The living room is large and well furnished with nice chairs, sofas & tables. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space and each has its own bathroom. My wife & I stayed in the master bedroom and the bathroom was amazing. It has 2 separate vanities, a huge deep bathtub and a separate multi-head shower stall. The kitchen was roomy & well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils and a huge refrigerator. The living room and master bedroom have glass doors that open onto a huge balcony with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The condo building is located conveniently close to a variety of places to eat and shop for supplies. The host was very quick to respond to any messages we sent. I would defintely book the unit again.

Highly recommend this condo! Amazing ocean views, pool was never busy, very well equipped with everything you need, lots of beach equipment. I will definitely stay here again!
