Fairy Tale House | Farmhouse Oasis

Located in Biržai, Vileišiškės village, the rural tourism homestead "Vienkiemio oazė" can now accommodate guests in up to 5 different private cottages. One of them is the "Fairy Tale House". The homestead combines the extraordinary tranquility of the countryside and modern coziness. Accommodation is provided with all amenities: bedroom, mezzanine, kitchen, dining room, toilet and shower, terrace, barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cups, electric stove.

Home is located on the banks of the Daugava River with a beautiful panoramic view of it. Directly opposite the house in the Daugava are islands with untouched natural habitats and a variety of waterfowl. The holiday home has a terrace area with a beautiful view of the river. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a sauna or jacuzzi, as well as use water or land active recreation equipment. Pedal boats, e-water boards (efoil), a boat, sup, Vespa scooters and electric bicycles are available.

Wonderful holiday home with sauna (included in price), includes barbecue, outdoor terrace and a pond. The house consists of two floors, a living space combined with a kitchen and two bedrooms. (3 double beds, 3 single beds) You can enjoy relaxing by the fireplace, relaxing in the sauna, cooking on the barbecue or in the kitchen. Next to the cottage, enjoy the sunset, light a fire, listen to bird songs and watch the stars. Hot Tub available for additional price (70EUR/per day)

In the bedroom there are 2 pull-out beds, one mattress on the second floor - most likely for a child. The living room is connected to the kitchen - the sofa is pull-out for a double bed.

The offer includes a modern 3-room apartment on the 4th floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and two isolated bedrooms. Each bedroom has two beds (90x200 cm) to enjoy evenings with fellow travelers. Beds can be placed separately or together. Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances - electric stove, microwave, fridge, kettle; fast WiFi, TV, comfortable sofa and lounge chair; modern bathroom with separate shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

The guest house is located on the edge of the park, approx. 100 m from the Pērsē swimming pool and 800 m from the famous Koknese castle ruins. The place is quiet and peaceful, but in about 10-15 minutes, walking through the park, you can get to the pub "Rūdolfs" to enjoy a delicious meal there, or go to "Maxima" if you want to cook in the guest house kitchen. There is a parking lot and a children's playground.
