It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Stone house with terrace, garden and sea view

It is a 300-year-old stone house lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open to the ground, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, granant apple and almond tree and another seat. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking to the house about 150 m.
