It is very child-friendly. Kayak, canoe, bath animals and 2 SUPs are also available for use. It is only 500 meters to Sjokoladebrygga which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.

Det er ikke egen inngang, men dere disponerer hele etasjen alene. Om ønskelig kan vi sette klart brødmat og enkelt pålegg mot et tillegg i prisen (gi beskjed om dette er ønskelig). The house is a 100 years old timber house with good ceiling height. Good space, both and outdoor. Visiting farm as the closest neighbor. Nice base for excursions on southern Helgeland. The house is completely renovated on the outside and can be used throughout the year.
