what an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Everything was clean, tidy and worked perfectly. Any small hiccups (like us not understanding the boiler operation) were delt with quickly and help was at hand for everything we needed or wanted. The host and people on site we fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The pool was a very welcome addition and kept clean to a high standard by everyone as were the grounds of the complex. This was exactly what we were looking for and are already planning our next visit. The property does require a car to get to for ease but there is a bus service to sunny beach. The village has a small pub, a few shops and little place to eat which sold the best burger we have ever had served in a Bulgarian pocket bread. Can't thank Genya and Dessie enough for their help and everyone on site for their very warm welcome. Can't wait to go back.

C'est pour les familles ou amis, il y a un endroit couvert et équipé de tables et chaises pour y manger à 12 personnes. Stationnement dans la rue sans soucis, voisins sympa. Il faut une voiture car c'est à 25/30 minutes des plages mais c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. L'épicerie du village est propre et propose beaucoup de chose. Chuck Wagon est à 10 minutes et fait des grillades et des pizza, sur place ou à emporter pour des prix d'un autre temps, une boulette de viande est à 90 cts en €...bon, avec 2, tu as bien mangé. Parfait.

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Second time staying here, great location and views of the bay. Convenient parking spot and clean apartment. Would continue coming here!

Even though the house was not intuitive to find, it was navigation friendly (Google Maps without any issues). It is located in narrow street. Host were great, they even prepared a special dinner for us. Beach is about 600 meters of walking. By feet, there are several others beaches to reach. By using a car, there is plenty of very beautiful beaches in Sozopol. I definitely recommend this place for large families that do not insists on high quality apartment (i.e. A/C in each room, bar, restaurants nearby etc), but instead prefer closed, peaceful area to rest and to have a pleasant stay with children. I will come back again. ;)

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location on the coast in Sozopol with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the Black Sea.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

We stayed at the Ravda Residence for one week as a group of 11 people, and our experience was exceptional. The co-host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Anything we needed was either already available or promptly arranged by Oleg, demonstrating the hosts dedication to guest satisfaction. The house itself was spacious, clean, and modern—perfectly suited for accommodating a larger group. Although the property is typically intended for up to 10 guests, Oleg kindly arranged an additional bedroom to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable. The location was also ideal, with the beach just 100 meters away, making it easily accessible. The property offered numerous amenities, including bicycles, a sauna, and various recreational activities in the backyard. We especially appreciated the outdoor BBQ area, grill, and fireplace. A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

It was a lovely family flat we stayed in. The place was spotless. We expected it to be smaller, so were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Fani’s son who came over to drop the keys was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience. The communication was a little bit off at times, nothing a quick phone call couldn’t resolve though.
