Vacation home on the edge of the forest near the lake

Chevroux is a popular resort in the canton of Vaud in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with a campsite and around 100 weekend and holiday cottages near the lake. It has a sports marina with over 1000 berths. The apartment on the ground floor of a vacation home with a large garden was completely renovated in 2020 and is located right on the edge of the nature reserve "La Grande Cariçaie". Lake Neuchâtel can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes and by bike in 5 minutes.

The most important thing: After just under 100 m, you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. There you can swim, splash around, play beach volleyball or rent a kayak or pedal boat on the shallow shore. Rental options for larger boats at campsite Avanches. At the beach there is a snack bar and a small restaurant directly on the lake. Very close to the house is also the Equinoxe restaurant, and a little further on is the restaurant at the Avenches campsite.

You will love my studio because of the cool room temperature in summer, its charming surroundings, and plenty of space in the 60 m² studio and in the garden. It is bright and quiet, and you have a beautiful view and access to the garden with a view of the lake and the mountains. My studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet.
