A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The duplex apartment is located at the highest point of the village of Loučná at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Klínovec and Fichtelberg. You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

The cozy, stylishly furnished 2 + kk apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings of the Ore Mountains, in the village of Černý potok, just 10 km from Klínovec. The apartment offers: Living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. Bedroom with double bed. Full bathroom. On the ground floor of the building you can use the sauna with a relaxation room. (online booking). Sauna is for a fee. The apartment is located in a quiet location near the forest, 15 km from Klínovec. The apartment has a terrace with a small seating area.

Cozy apartment in the countryside

Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Relax in this special and quiet place. Enjoy the mountain air, relax in nature or watch the animals. You can walk straight from the house into the forest or go hiking up to the Fichtelberg (Oberwiesenthal). In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. Everything is pure nature.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)

Schwarzenberg Vacation Rental

The 65 sqm apartment sleeps 4 people and is located separately on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. The 40 sqm terrace is equipped with seating for four people, a table and a sunshade. Pets by arrangement. 4 min. by car, 20 min. walk to the city center of Schwarzenberg with castle and church 25 km to Fichtelberg 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket
