Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Neuilly-Plaisance

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft außerhalb von Paris. In 15 Minuten ist der RER-Bahnhof erreichbar und man ist nach 20 Minuten Fahrt im Herzen der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist schnell und unkompliziert, die Unterkunft (vor allem die Küche) sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad modern. Für Paris-Aufenthalte, bei denen man das Auto stehen lassen möchte ohne teure bewachte Plätze suchen zu müssen, ist die Unterkunft perfekt geeignet.

Séjour d'une nuit. Les instructions sont claires, le logement impeccable (propre, acceuillant, fonctionnel, respect de l'intimité et bien équipé), accès en autonomie facile et bien expliqué. Christine est attaché à bien accueillir ces hôtes et cela se ressent. Pour le stationnement, j'ai pu me garer à 100m environ du logement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci Christine.

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Merci pour ce magnifique week-end de détente, dans un environnement calme et apaisant. Loan et Sylvain sont très réactif pour la communication et très accueillant. Corine est une hôte extrêmement gentille. Son logement est un petit coin de Paris aux portes de Paris. J'y ai séjourné durant 1 mois et demi et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Pauline is really lovely and helpful. She made us feel right at home! More like staying with a friend. I highly recommend her place. It’s peaceful and really cute. Pauline makes navigating Paris really easy. It’s a bit further out but public transport is great and close by.

È stato tutto perfetto, sia la loro disponibilità che l’alloggio. Torneremo sicuramente. Attenzione però ad uscire dalla metro alla sortie ESPLANADE perché altrimenti dovete fare un sacco di strada in più per nulla. Consigliatissimo e super comodo per Parigi o Disneyland

I can strongly recommend this AirBnB! Not only is Fanny a lovely hostess but the apartment is stunning (especially the small tucked in yard)! The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a small grocery store and a bakery close to the apartment. The metro station isn’t too far away either but we can strongly recommend taking the bus to the station (as suggested by Fanny) especially during warmer periods or at night. Communication and the check-in and checkout went very smooth too. Overall we had a great time there and didn’t feel like anything was missing during our stay! Only our warmest regards to Fanny!

We had a wonderful stay at Sheila's, loved the garden and the local area - recommend patisserie from Emma Khan, crêpe from La Malotte and pastries from Gaia. Sheila was very welcoming and the apartment had everything we needed, we look forward to coming back one day!

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. We zijn een lang weekend gebleven voor het concert van Beyoncé. De ruimte was zoals beschreven en erg schoon. Het bed sliep heerlijk en de badkamer was fijn groot. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Enige nadeel was dat de ruimte erg warm kon worden. Er was geen airconditioning aanwezig en de ramen konden niet echt open vanwege de muggen. Gelukkig hadden we wel een ventilator. De communicatie met de host was erg prettig en snel. Al met al een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im nicht allzu weit entfernten Vorort von Paris. Es lässt sich problemlos mit der Bahn/Bus anreisen wenn man sich vorher etwas schlau macht. Die Wohnung im EG haben wir nicht sofort auf Anhieb gefunden, aber nach nicht allzu langer Zeit hat auch dies geklappt. Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch durch Töpfe mit Griff und Schneidemesser ergänzt werden. Emanuelle ist sehr freundlich und ein guter Gastgeber. Insgesamt ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍🏽

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Un appartement en résidence situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre commercial et de nombreux restaurants en tout genre accessibles sans avoir à prendre les transports en commun. Il était également à côté d'espaces verts chouettes pour se balader et se dépenser. L'appartement en lui-même est bien équipé, spacieux et bien rangé, avec une terrasse assez grande. Vraiment rien à redire j'ai passé un excellent séjour.
