In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. I live in Berlin. This apartment used to be mine and is located in my parents’ house in Schwangau. I currently manage the rental for my parents. They live on site, and I take care of the Airbnb management for them :) Important: Please do not book this accommodation if high-speed Wi-Fi is important to you. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately not very fast. Instead, put your phone away and enjoy the nature, the surroundings, and especially the beautiful view! :)

The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
