Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guesthouse is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is close by. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (beach rental for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 minutes by car. The gazebo is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

In Kittsee, next village you can visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet.

Island of Peace /AVA 3

In 2025 I completely renovated another apartment and added to my 4 sun AVA apartment complex. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The rooms are modern and bright. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Ein Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen im Wohnraum. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.
