Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses erwartet Sie eine idyllische Sicht auf die schönsten Weingärten unserer Gegend. Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

There is an outdoor eating & lounge area, and an extensive garden play area. Wooden play gym in the kids’ room so kids can play no matter the weather. Parking in front of the house, & a direct train connection to Vienna.

For me, sustainability is very important, because my electricity comes from the sun and a lot of water is saved through my organic toilet. If it gets cooler, my wooden pellet stove creates a special atmosphere. My huge terrace invites you to relax and there is also a lot to discover in the garden.
