Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

For more independence, a 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom, in the small neighboring house, is offered at €60 per night, for more than 6 guests (max capacity of the main house) Basic shops 5 km away Alt 574 m 75 in 10 minutes

Simplify your life in this peaceful home The accommodation includes a separate entrance to a house that gives you access to a bedroom, a bathroom and a sports area. In the bedroom you have a dining area and the possibility of reheating your dishes thanks to the microwave and cutlery. However, there is no equipped kitchen or water point apart from the bathroom. The Annex is located 10 minutes from Murat, 20 minutes from the slopes. Its south/east exposure allows the sun to quickly enter the house and provide incomparable brightness. Parking is easy, in summer and winter, with a closed garage. Sheets are provided and a linen package is available upon request. 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 and a mezzanine bed for children under 30 kg - Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed - bedroom 3: 1 bed 140

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a meal basket for 2 people (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, Farmer's St Nectaire, homemade bread, white cheese/seasonal fruit, bottle of wine) for €38.

L'Oustalou Gîte in 12600 Lugat Quiet Authentic

Old country house on 3 levels, duplex style. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, large dining table and fireplace. On the 1st floor, an open bedroom and a bathroom. From there, a ladder leads to a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people, with futon-type beds on wooden floors. This gîte is attached to a residential house dating from 1826.
