With excellent train connections to Hanover and Nienburg as well as direct access to the B6, our location is ideal for leisure travelers, family visits or fitters. Our tranquil country house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It offers enough space to fully develop and enjoy the tranquility of the country. The property is shielded from view of neighbors and with its approximately 1,600 m² is large enough to have complete privacy. In the garden are seating, an outdoor bed, lots of wild flowers and a fireplace for grilling. Overall, it can be said that there was hardly a place where we ever felt more relaxed.

A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with an inviting swimming pond, which is perfect for relaxing hours in nature. In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.

There is a forest right outside the door. Behind the house is the bike path around Steinhuder Meer, so you can start right outside the front door. Daily necessities are easily reached on foot or by bike.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
