Sit back on the sun-drenched veranda of this cosy period house and take in the sweeping views across Green Park. All rooms are spacious and come with all the essentials to make you feel at home. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

Margaret's place was as pretty as the listing suggests! It is a studio, but big enough for a short stay and completely hidden from Margaret and Martin's home. The garden is beyond beautiful and would be a cool and shady spot in Summer. It rained a lot when we were there, but the heat pump kept the small space warm. The leadlight windows are lovely and Martin was extra helpful with TV problems, although he didn't manage to sort them out. Streaming from phone was possible, however, so it didn't concern us too much. The cottage is a short walk down tree-lined streets to marvellous shops, Harris Farms, IGA, and cafes as well as the train. There is a grassed, open area and great cafe/restaurant down a short lane in the shopping centre, but we didn't find it till our last day. We were very grateful for Martin and Margaret's help and friendliness during our stay - totally recommended!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit and stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport like the metro and shopping centres for all sorts of groceries and goods. The host was also incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in super easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like coffee and snacks being supplied before arrival I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area, and I’d happily book again next time I’m in town!

Simply Stunning Apartment Neutral Bay

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We absolutely loved the location and all Neutral Bay had to offer + proximity to everything essential and fun, as well as being so close to Military Road (the main road with 10+ bus lines) you could get anywhere you needed to in Sydney fairly easily (45 min bus to Manly for example). We were unsure if the food smell in the apartment was the apartment, a neighbor, or nearby restaurant, but we would only notice it right when we walked in and quickly assimilated our senses to it. Apartment was comfy, and we were able to cook simple meals on the little stove + oven when we wanted to stay in (to avoid the AUS 10% weekend surcharge at restaurants :p ). Definitely appreciated having laundry and especially AirCon in the apartment on those warmer, more humid days. Incredible stay!

Excellent accommodation for our 4 week stay. Apartment is well designed and fitted out, excellent location, easy access to public transport and the use of the car space and garage was helpful as street parking is limited. Very quiet. Calyn and Kathleen were responsive to any and every request. And of course the view is stunning. Highly recommend whether a short or longer term stay
