The beautiful cozy apartment is located across the street from the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in approx. 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important: it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander and letting your mind wander is pure deceleration. The beach access is right in front of the apartment. The Wadden Sea invites you to take fascinating walks, including to the island of Neuwerk.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 m² apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
