Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nevada

The home was beautiful and clean. There was a plumbing issue that was happening upon our arrival to the home and there was a very bad very strong odor. They had a plumber come and fix the issue, but the plumber told us this had happened before about a month prior at this home. I would recommend updating the property photos to not include the kayaks/ boats. While not listed in the rental some of our guests were eager to use them, but were disappointed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the showers had good water pressure. If the retaining wall issue is ever fixed we would consider staying again. Overall we had a great stay.

The house was absolutely perfect—clean, quiet, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. From the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The neighborhood was peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. We were visiting my uncle who lives nearby, so the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, which made our trip even more special. The owners were fantastic—super easy to get in touch with and incredibly responsive. Communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town! :)

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

Great place everything matches photos/description

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.

We had a great stay! The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup was perfect for our family and extra guests—definitely a big plus. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

We had a great stay in Carol’s Airbnb and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Reno and looking for a home away from home! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed (special mention must be made of the completely equipped kitchen). The place is located on a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood - but still only a 2-3 minute drive away from gas and a supermarket. Carol greeted us warmly upon check-in and was always available whenever we had questions.

We loved our stay here! The house is spread out and so functional, beautiful, and cool. Lots of beds for comfortable sleeping. The pool table is great. The sauna is amazing. The movie room is wonderful and we absolutely loved the pool ! We did pay extra to have it heated as that is not included but we loved the backyard setup and the huge chefs gourmet kitchen was really nice with some things for us to use like coffee and things. The master bathroom and bedroom are large and spacious. The shower is great . Thank you Gina!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Great stay for the weekend! Enjoyed the backyard very much and there were so many things to entertain my family with.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

Beautiful home with lots of natural light and views of the surrounding hills. Beds were comfortable and owners were welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoy our stay at this place. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Its close to everything. I recommend this place if you guys go to vegas one day. We will definitely book this place again when we go to vegas again. The pool was incredible too. Pretty big house for a large group.
