Synagogues nearby, a shopping mall 300 meters away, and more. A very quiet, air-conditioned, and spacious place. You can get a hot plate and platter for Shabbat and more... There is a gas system for heating water (does not operate on Saturday) and also a solar water heater. For those who come with an electric vehicle, there is also a charger for an electric vehicle. A special house in the old neighborhood, with a large garden that creates an atmosphere. It's a surprising place in the Judea with old and young trees alike. The house is quiet and luxurious, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a meal. In the garden there is a place for a small bonfire, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower, ornamental pool and waterfall, there is a deck for a yoga mat and various pleasant corners. Protected space - about a minute's walk down the street. And an important note: The house was built layer by layer over the years by different people. You will find special items in it.
