In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Ontsnap aan de drukte en kom tot rust aan de oevers van de Oude Leie, waar natuur, stilte en schoonheid samenkomen. Gelegen in agrarisch gebied, omringd door velden en water, heerst hier een uitzonderlijke stilte die nog maar zelden te vinden is in Vlaanderen. Toch ligt het huis centraal tussen Gent en Brugge (20 km van Gent, 40 km van Brugge) - ideaal om beide steden te ontdekken en daarna terug te keren naar de sereniteit van deze bijzondere plek aan het water.
