Nice pretty house in a small village 10km from Varna.The house is situated just 20 meters from Varna Lake and the view is really amazing.Our house is newly-build and 100% suitable for living up to 8 people.It has a big garden with garden table and BBQ.On the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.The living-room is spacious and has a equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, stoves and oven.Suitable for 4 persons.On the second floor has another 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

The great place for resting with friends or family in quite place far away from city noise. Good communication with owner, we even took the transfer from nearest railway station to the house. There are several shops to buy all necessary things near the house (could pay by card and cash). The house is big, light and have a lot of common places to spend time. Thanks Snezhanna for making feel us welcome.

Страхотно местенце! Къщата е напълно оборудвана и обзаведена. Всичко е ново и много чисто. Кварталът е тих и спокоен и на 5 минути пеша се намира градския парк и езеро, едно перфектно място за разходки и релакс. Пламен е много отзивчив и готов да помогне при нужда. Много ми хареса къщата и препоръчвам ! Със сигурност бихме се върнали отново!

Thе place was awesome, there are two big houses and a spacious garden between the two of them. We used it as a place for anniversary party, hosting all of our guests with a bedroom and great summer garden party. The host is very welcoming and explained everything we needed. The only small inconvenience is the neighbor, which if too loud will complain. Everything else was great, I reccomend this place.
