Holiday rentals with a fire pit in New Bedford

Stayed for 3 nights at Scott’s house and it was terrific. House was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the coffee station and the outdoor space. Great location near Cape Cod. House was as described and communication was great.😎

We had such a great stay at Kerry and Nan's home! I had spoken to them in advance via messages regarding my concern for pet allergies since they do allow pets in the home. Upon arrival I was so very impressed at how squeaky clean the home was! My adult son and I have severe allergies to pets and we had none at all while staying in their home! The place itself is so cute and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not take advantage of the yard, but we hope to stay here again one day and do so! The yard is just lovely. We had an issue with the climate control and Kerry and Nan were right on top of the issue and called me personally and even offered to come over if necessary to take care of the issue! We did manage over the phone, however, so it was not necessary. Their responsiveness is unmatched, quick to answer every message and speedy to fix the minor issue. We really hope to stay here again one day! Thank you, Kerry and Nan!

Wonderful stay near nature preserves — we were visiting Allen’s Pond and Norman’s Bird Sanctuary. House was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lot of art & beautiful plants. Very well appointed kitchen (good cookware) with coffee, tea, and many other sundry items. Ellen checked in with us & had clear instructions, which was great. Hope to visit again someday!

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

This house is so lovely, we had the best time! The amenities are exceptional. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were able to cook dinner every night. The parc nearby is really nice! We hope to book again someday.

This is our second stay at Christopher's gorgeous house. We were delighted to return, and found everything as comfortable, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. The house is a gem. With comfortable furniture and beds, luxe linens and towels, well-stocked, high-end kitchen, and beautiful art, there's nothing of the impersonal, Ikea-type lodging here. This is a lovingly curated space into which one can settle with real pleasure. Chris's communications are always prompt and helpful. Our whole experience was A+++. If you have reason to be in the Dartmouth area, treat yourself to this delightful stay. Thank you, Chris!

This honestly was the BEST family vacation we have had. The home was not only perfectly located in a safe welcoming area but the house itself was gorgeous! Fully stocked. They even left us some wine and coffee! Had a pack and play and high chair all set up. We even used their running stroller and Zack was kind enough to order in a pump for the wheels as they weren’t full. The area itself is the best. Ive never felt safer or more welcomed. The neighbors were kind and thoughtful. They are quiet and respectful. Beach is SO close and its very very nice. So many things to do near by but in a quiet secluded area. Not to mention Zack was a superb host. Answered almost immediately and made sure to communicate everything thoroughly and was as kind as could be! We are looking forward to coming back next year and making this trip a family tradition. Im already looking forward to it!! 10/5 stars!!!

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

This older apartment is casual, clean, safe, and comfortable. Both the unit and the surroundings have a nice rural feel. The WiFi is excellent. This was a great place for us to stay for our visit to the area, and we would stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

My college friend and I always do a yearly reading retreat Memorial Day weekend and Lori’s place was the perfect getaway. The views were breathtaking and the house on the lake was so peaceful definitely recommend this quiet lake getaway. Still dreaming of the sunset on the lake

The apartment is just perfect for a week on the Vineyard, and Jennifer has thought of all the details. So easy to use and find everything. And it is a lovely space.

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. We absolutely loved staying at Meagan’s place. It was super comfortable, stylish and stocked with everything we needed. We spent some time at opposite sides around the Cape so her location was the perfect central spot. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family - thanks for having us!

We stayed at Lakeside Landing with our 1 year old to enjoy Father’s Day weekend in the Mystic area. This place was perfect to enjoy a fire by the lake, watch the deer and other wildlife, and spend a few cozy evenings snuggled up in the living room. Everything was perfect!

Had a great time in this peaceful wonderful setting. Saw and heard maybe 40 bird species. (Using Merlin app). Frogs and turtles too!everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Karin’s place. She is a gracious host. There were great cottage offers beautiful lake experiences, including beautiful sunsets. She has a great waterfront and an expansive yard. It’s located on the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island border with easy access to 3 states.

Our stay in Lionsgate cabin in Cohasset was heavenly abode for a week during our stay in the last week of May. The cabin is located in peaceful surroundings with beautiful bird watching areas. The bird feeder outside our cabin kept me and my toddler daughter occupied throughout our stay here. The lawn areas and seating outside are great areas to take a stroll and listen to nature’s music. The cabin is comfortable and cozy with enough provided even for a long stay. It is located within short travel distance from many good restaurants, grocery shops and metro. Very close to the beach, we visited Nantasket and Hull many times during our stay. We loved our stay here and will stay here again. Highly recommend this cabin.

Beautiful property. Very spacious. We could hear all the wildlife every morning. Sitting on the porch swings was our favorite. The house is so nice and secluded. Mary was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful stay!

Great little place, close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful. It had lots to do onsite, as well as a quiet place to hang out by the lake. It had everything we needed for our trip, plus many things not found at other locations. We will definitely stay here in the future.

There are many to list, but our favorite attribute was how secluded it felt. Gary was very gracious and helpful at checkin and checkout, but we didn't see or hear anyone during our one night stay. Everything we could have wanted was there, right where we needed it, saving us settling-in time--logs and starter perfectly stacked in the fire pit ready to be lit, blankets to snuggle on the sofas, a broom to sweep off the outdoor chairs. Thoughtful extra touches went beyond what we expected--outdoor fans to keep the bugs away (although it was not very buggy on this mid-June weekend), a magnifying lighted bathroom mirror, a small herb garden. We really appreciated being able to bring our pet with us and saw wild frogs, rabbits, herons. The cabin and multiple deck spaces (dock, hammock, gazebo, camp kitchen, balcony) are spacious. We enjoyed a thick wooded area on one side for walks, an open space on the other for tossing a frisbee, playing carpet ball, and taking out a paddle boat.
